This tracker is exactly what I was looking for. It is small and sleek. I am so glad I decided to get the case as well. The tracker fits perfectly and the magnets are incredibly strong. I have no concerns about the case falling from our vehicle. The case is also perfect when you are using the tracker in a loose bag or backpack. I know it is safe and is likely not to be tampered with. Specifically when my children are in possession of it.
I reached out to the seller before buying with some questions I had and they are very responsive and extremely helpful. Overall I am pleased with the whole buying process and set up of the device.

Overall service is okay and accurate. I had a couple of minor questions and support rep, Abby helped me out as to how GPS works, the best practice enabling the accuracy and self-troubleshooting etc. Not only GPS works well but also the support level is very satisfactory.

This is an awesome product! I can track in real-time the location of the vehicle, as well as the average speed, distance traveled, time travelled, time the vehicle is parked on location, etc. You can see it in Google Maps, or a few other map options. So far I’ve had it installed in 1 vehicle, it’s been 1 week and the battery still has about 65% remaining.
It also shows history, you can go back and check previous days and it also shows activity reports. Very complete app. I use it mostly on my phone app, but I’ve also checked it from a desktop with a lot more details to choose from.
With regards to placement, they recommend putting it on the edges of the vehicle under the car for maximal exposure, in every instance except once, it has picked up the signal and sent messages back. The one time that it didn’t pick up the signal was probably because the tracking device was still “adjusting” to the environment, for maximal signal transmission. I’ve had no issues since that one time.
Very user friendly, easy to install, no need to contact customer service at all for any issues.
Excellent product! I would buy it again and I’ve already recommended it to a person that’s seriously considering it…There are alternatives out there that do not require a GPS device, such as online apps that require having GPS on the phone to be “on” (with a lot of battery drainage) and it has to have the user’s “consent” to be allowed to be tracked… That is a non-issue with this product, as you will know the location no matter what… It requires a monthly subscription, but in my opinion, it’s totally worth it… Will continue recommending it without hesitation!

I have had this unit now for 2 weeks and still in the learning process but so far very happy with the product…I have a small business fleet and I am trying this product on one unit to keep track of his where about and time wasted sitting and so far I am pleased with the product and maybe looking at a few more to add to other units.. One more comment….The customer service is amazing and been so helpful in the process of learning and setting it up…Five star for service ..

I ordered this to track my car in case of theft. First the instructions tell you to charge it for 5 hrs, which as I understand it will have to be done every 5 to 7 days. Second, they tell you to sign up for GPS tracking in which they will bill you $215.88 per year for a one minute refresh and more for real-time. Plus they will promise a free month and won’t deliver on that promise. Third, they tell you to take the car for a 20 to 30 min drive with the devise on the top of the dash to acquaint it with your car. Fourth, they tell you where to place it under the car.
In my experience I could never drive around with it under the car. It worked ok when it was in the interior space, not hidden. But if you want a devise you can hide and expect it to perform, then this devise is not for you.
I returned it to Amazon after 4 days of non-proformance. But of course when I called to cancel my GPS service which they had already billed to my card, they hung up on me. I had to contact my bank to get them to open a dispute. I’m still waiting on a refund of my money.
I would encourage anyone looking for a tracking devise to find another product that either integrates with your cell phone, thus doesn’t sell you GPS tracking every year or find a hard wired tracking devise that uses your own car’s GPS.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this GPS! It works amazingly well. The battery life lasts for weeks. Huge bonus! The magnet is very strong; it’s stuck up under my car currently. My daughter is a new driver and wanted to go out of town Black Friday shopping. Without her knowing, we could track her every move in my car. I even saw that at one point it tracked her at 86mph. We had a conversation about that!

I must say that I am quite impressed with the device. Unfortunately I’m dealing with someone who lies more than a politician so this device is most useful. The maps is powered by Google and you get to choose which map setting works for you. The accuracy is almost perfect – it’s not an exact location but if you zoom in and pay attention to the landmarks you will find what you are looking for. You can also see movement on the map. Another thing I thought was helpful is the tutorials on the company website. They help a lot with understanding how to use the device and with setting up your settings. So far it been worth the money. The monthly subscription is a little pricey. In my opinion, busting a liar and a cheater is priceless.

This product works very well. The battery drained faster than normal a few times, but is working fine now. Totally dependent on how much driving is done. I recommend this device. Plan options, annual subscription will save $.
