Bruins fan –
Very good sound considering the price point. Looks good and sounds good even at 100kmh. I have a Sportster and trying to put the brackets on for the speakers using the “spacers” provided was near impossible. Took it to a bike shop and they were able to hide all the wires and hook it straight to the ignition so no accidentally leaving it on and draining the battery. I would recommend these speakers to anyone who doesn’t want to spend a lot of money on Hog Tunes.

In the beginning I was impressed with the product. Worked well and sounds ok. Bluetooth device has to be very close for it to work. After 10 hours of use total the rh speaker started cutting out. The next time I used it the rh speaker worked but didn’t sound as clear as the LH speaker. Very disappointed.

Easy to install. I mounted the amp in the left saddlebag. The sound is pretty good for two speakers. Don’t expect a car audio sound. Volume control knob is decent though it will be harder to use with thicker gloves during cool weather riding. I just have it coming up from under the seat. Some will drill a hole in the side of the console and mount it there.
You Harley types, buy the adapter that plugs into your DLC connector. You can put the hot and ground right into it. Saves the hassle of tapping into an ignition powered wire. I ran the speaker wires under the console and tank bib. Easier than removing the tank. Overall, for the price point, you cannot go wrong.
One Year Update:
Only one thing is lately a bluetooth issue. The occasional song cuts in and out multiple times for a short period and when adjusting the volume, same thing. Doesn’t happen enough to be a pain but something is up. I will probably end up using an old phone as a dedicated music player and just use the 3.5mm jack to connect them. On a side note, not sure what drives my neighbours more crazy, my music or my exhaust. Keep the shiny side up!!
Well, 13 Months later and this unit has packed it in. The amp is dead. I guess the Bluetooth cutting in and out was the start of it. Downgrading from 5 to 2 stars. So, in the 13 months, only 7 months of riding use and even then, actual use is way lower. About 12,000km of riding since installed, so in reality, being generous, about 200 hours of use and it’s kaput. Looking back, was it worth $75 bucks? Maybe, but for what they want for this model now, not a chance. If I find one i the same price point, maybe. So, buyer beware. Hope you have better luck with yours.

Installed well. Everything works. Lots of volume. Comes with a fused power cable and a spare fuse. Installed a quick power disconnect so it won’t be powered when I’m not using it. Wish it had an inline power switch but I will install one later. Don’t want the drain on the battery when not using it. Lots of wire length. Seems well thought out.

Edit: blown after one summer, to be fair I did have it full volume every ride.

For the price, this is everything I needed. I’m really glad I got this. Install was easy on my Harley Dyna
The good :
-Loud. Can hear upto 120kmh without windshield, after that the wind starts to drown the sound. With windshield, have not had an issue hearing it. (I wear a half helmet)
-generous amount of wiring (for a motorcycle anyway) shouldn’t have issues with length.
-sound is decent, clear.
-install easy
-Bluetooth works good, but has aux hookup if desired
-feels solid
The bad:
-sound quality isn’t great. It’s decent. For the price, I can’t complain. It works just fine, just don’t expect it to rival an audiophile setup
-makes a loud jingle when turned on, which can’t be muted or volume controlled.
To install, I mounted the amp uncovered in the front temporarily with no issue this month. Zip tied all the cables and extra wiring under the tank. Ran the power cable to my fuse box and bought a ‘add-a-circuit fuse’ and plugged in into the auxiliary fuse. Turns on and off with the key and didn’t have to tap into any wiring. Took 5mins to wire everything, 10 to set up speakers straight.

Sound quality is normal

The speakers and amp were easy to install and look great on my motorcycle. The Bluetooth works great between my phone and the speakers and the sound is great in the city and lower highway speeds. Sound quality breaks down very quickly after 80
KPH or 50 MPH.

Fantastic product fitted on my dads trike perfectly, easy to fit and use

The speaker sound is the only thing to rave about. Even at high volume it sounded good. I used an app to increase the bass and had more punch. I love the convenient volume control knob BUT it stopped working after a few uses. I looked and looked what could possibly be the problem. This is not a part that can be bought and replaced by yourself. I still get sound fine, but turning the knob does nothing. Volume has to be adjusted on my phone. If I needed it serviced I must return it to the manufacturer AT MY EXPENSE and likely back to me. Amazon has offered a refund, which I will do. I emailed the seller, Amazon and the manufacturer several times. BUT if I wanted to buy these again the price has risen by about 40.00 plus shipping isn’t free, about 44.00 on top of that!! These are great speakers and I must have got a dud. I have shopped around for ones that look as good and sound as good but I’m not finding much out there. Also, the clamps were VERY DIFFICULT to put on, and you will need a second set of hands! As far as the look and the sound go, it is great. But beware about the warranty and service since shipping is only free in the US.

I researched this purchase to death and there simply isn’t a better value on the market. Installation is a breeze, fit and finish is way above price point. I ride a 1700 Midnight Star with Vance and Hines shorty pipes. 65-75MPH 1/4 to 1/2 volume and the tunes are crystal clear. Great range on the sound quality from classic country to classic rock it’s all good. Excellent delivery from Amazon. If you are on the fence take the plunge FREE SHIPPING TOO !!!
