I’m impressed with this little steamer! I wanted it primarily for my bathroom and kitchen. I cannot believe what it got off of my toilet, I was pretty freaked out but glad for it to be finally cleaned! So far I’ve used it on my toilet, around my sinks, along the baseboards and corners of my floors, the bathtub, and countertops. Next will be grout, fridge, and windows. I wish it came with the window squeegee, this model didn’t — I would rather have that than a couple of the other heads it came with.
It does make everything quite wet, I would use for solid surface cleaning only which is what I purchased it for anyway. Reaches those hard to reach places that I can’t get to, and blasts them out in the open to be wiped up by paper towel as I go along.
So far I’ve been impressed with the size of the water tank despite other reviews, though I haven’t tried it with grout yet. I pretty much cleaned my entire bathroom minus grout with water to spare on one fill-up. Made cleaning very satisfying.

I used to own my own cleaning business. Mostly homes and a couple commercial spaces we’d clean. This steam shot was a lifesaver when you’d get a client(s) whoms bathrooms were really nasty! Works like a charm and I bought this one to replace my old one that was 8 years old. Lasts a long time that’s for sure! Excellent quality!

Not powerful enough. Reservoir is not large enough to be useful. Cap stays hot. Pressure just blows with a lot of force but does not steam enough and spews water sporadically leaving a lot of water behind. Basically like a pressurized kettle

The Pros:
1) Heavy and solid construction
2) Long cord
3) Steam under pressure
4) Good Attachment
The things people should know:
1) The system is under pressure – so the filing cap for the reservoir is very specific on how to open.
2) It should be recommended to use demineralized water to prevent calcium build-up and reduced function.
Overall, it gets a 4++ and I am very happy with the product and it was a fair price.

Pros:
1. The high-pressure steam works quite well, especially on hard grease.
2. The power cable is very long, so it basically can reach any corner in my house.
3. Many nozzles that work for different cases.
4. The heater warms fast.
Cons:
1. The cleaner itself is a bit heavy, so if you use it for a relatively long time, say 15+ mins, your hand will sore. To make it worse, your thumb has to hold the trigger the whole time. You can imagine how uncomfortable it is.
2. No hose, so I had to hold the cleaner in my hand all the time.
3. The cleaner is hot when it’s working, especially the cap. I got burned by the cap a couple of times.

Got this to clean my very dirty grout. Can see from the image it did an amazing job. Only wish it held more water. Had to refill every 6 times or so.

Got this model a couple of days ago and used it to clean several aluminum window frames. It did the job nicely especially when cleaning the corners of the frame where the dirt resides. My window frames are now very clean and spotless.
It would be nice if it has a water level indicator so that I can know whether I should add water or not. Also, the container is not large enough so it runs out of steam very quickly. Overall, happy with the purchase.

I bought this primarily for cleaning tile grout. It’s not powerful enough for the job. I ended up using a wire brush to do the scrubbing and then used the steamer to rinse it. The attachment for cleaning grout wore down after a single use. Unless the steam is directly in contact with the surface, it is not hot enough. Most disappointing thing– not being able to find replacement accessories anywhere! I so mad at myself for buying something that isn’t sustainable. This is good for lightweight jobs only, but still useless once the parts wear out. Note: This one doesn’t come with an upholstery attachment or an extension hose. *which you can’t buy separately.
