This brush roller is by far better than the original one that comes with the machine (blue roller). Was never happy with the way it would clean my floors, left streaks and the suction sucked unless I moved slow with the machine, would take me forever to do my floors. Thought I would try this brush instead just in case the brush was the reason for all my complaints. I couldn’t be more pleased with the way my crosswave works now because of this brush. Would highly recommend changing over to this brush whether you have pets or not.. its a way better!

The vacuum cleaner first of all too high priced and then the liquid soap itself is 2000 RS purchase every week if you want to use your vacuum cleaner and they say warranty is void of you use any other liquid and this brush spoils within few days and get stuck easily

No streaking…unlike the original multi-surface roller that comes with it. Used highly recommended Bono Hardwood floor cleaner..great results..!! For best results with Bono in the Bissell Crosswave…fill water to clean water line then put Bono concentrate 3/4 the way to the solution fill line for streak free performance.

I love my bissell crosswave. I originally had the multipurpose brush roller it came with when I purchased it. I found this product and tried it because mainly all of my floors are hard surfaces. It does a really good job on my floors and cleans well at the end

The brush roll is fine, but now my Crosswave is starting to slow up after nearly 5 months. Be it the motor, the bearings (or BOTH), it’s happening. I’d better contact Bissell about this while the goin’s still good!!

Having a giant dog with big paws and dark floors, I am in love with my Bissell crosswave. I was concerned that the multi purpose brush that came with my machine would scratch my cork plank flooring so I purchased this brush. It works really well and gets the floor as clean as the multi purpose brush. I feel better knowing that it is less likely to cause damage.

This brush is great for hardwood floors, more so than the brush that came with the Cross Wave which has plastic bristles that can scratch hardwood. Great price!

I bought this hoping this will cover the entire length of the vacuum when you are putting water down while vacuuming. Unfortunately this is just like the multi surface brush that comes with crosswave where it partially puts down water. Bissell crosswave is faulty.
