Bought this few weeks ago and been wearing it every day to see how durable it is. So far it is promising. The cheap one from other stores cost $5.00 or $10.00, in the longterm they cost a fortune. I have been buying one every two weeks.

I purchased this for my husband as good belts are hard to find where we live, plus I wanted a ‘made in USA’ product. I ordered bigger than the recommended 2” larger than the waist. I ordered 4” longer than my husband’s waist, thinking that would be more than enough. The quality is excellent, and if you like heavy-duty, stiff belts, this would be excellent. The only reason this didn’t give a 5 star rating is due to the sizing recommendation. If you want the belt to go through that first loop, I would recommend buying at least 6 inches larger than the person’s waist/pants size.

Belt arrived damaged, which indicates poor quality control. There is no reason that this product should have left the warehouse. Belt was shipped in a plastic bubble envelope, so there was no need for me to use a knife to open it. But someone before me did.
Other than the obvious damage (which reveals the overall quality of the material), the belt is not 1-1/2″ wide. Length was 41″ total, 36″ to center hole, which was fine for a size 34 waist.

This belt came damaged in two places. Seems to be decent quality otherwise, However time will tell.

The belt does not seem to be top grain at all. It has the peeling of a composite/synthetic type leather and does not seem to be one single piece of leather. The black “color” on the belt is actually a top synthetic coating and has already begun peeling before even a month of use. Overall I feel deceived and to be honest I could’ve bought a belt at the local Target or whatever of the same quality for a couple bucks less with a buckle no less. Not impressed at all.

I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he is really happy with it. I followed the sizing instructions and they worked – it fit him perfectly.
