This camera works great! The image quality is verry good on the monitor and on a PC!
This is only a rear camera! No dash cam is included.
The instalation process is easier than I thought. It did not take long at all (abouth 40 minutes total).
The image quapity is great at night as well as during the day. I hugly recomment this rear camera to help you park.

It didn’t show in the instructions that I could mount the screen to the windshield but it also didn’t say I couldn’t. Its up by the mirror and doesn’t obstruct my view at all. The sticky tape it came with is weak though. Its fallen down a couple times. I will have to get new tape. Maybe that’s why it doesn’t say to mount it on the windshield… oh well. I’m still happy with it.

I drive a very large SUV and unfortunately, don’t have a rear camera. So with some looking around & wanting something that’s easy to install (as I am cheap) called a buddy over to help we had it done in no time. The tedious part was running the wireless throughout my truck, wanted to make it nice and neat. Other than that it was pretty straight forward. The Monitor itself is great quality for this price. The video they made in the description is another BIG reason if you have not watched it, you should shows this product can survive the elements. And comes with everything you need to install. The 8 LED for night time makes it clear and easy to see. It has a nice wide-angle makes it easier to see at night with those extra lights. Also, the instructions are very clear. It has pictures and shows you step by step. Even I did it so I am sure you can too! At first, I was hesitant about buying one of these as I didn’t want to be putting holes or anything for that matter in my truck. I was able to bypass this with this kit. I wasn’t the best at backing up having this is helping to get better, having a screen has helped. Canada has some nasty winters hope the camera will survive (fingers crossed)

I got this camera because I started driving more again. It’s helped me park in tight spots so I don’t have to worry about exiting from behind. I got this camera because it was affordable, has good camera quality, and is easy to use.
Camera and screen:
The camera is great for a rear parking. The camera is very clear and has a good 140 degree angle. The screen is 5 inches which is enough to see how close I am to the wall or other cars. There are LED lights for night vision for parking at night.
Installation:
The installation is simple. The camera can be installed to the back license plate using screws, it fits Canadian car license plates. Afterwards, wire the camera power cable to the rear lights or other power source, plug the camera cable to the screen, and plug the power cord to the car power socket. It’s plug and play.
Durability:
This camera is waterproof and made to be used outside. It can withstand cold winters, I have used it through rainy and snow weather, in city and highways without any problems.
Conclusion:
This backup camera is affordable works great as a rear car camera. The camera quality is good for day and night, it’s easy to install and use, and so far I have no problems with it.

Installation was relatively easy, but I had to use double sided tape to secure the camera to the license plate. There was not enough room to use the license plate screws to hold the camera.
The camera and monitor worked well, as expected. However, the parking assist lines seemed to skew significantly to the left and are not adjustable, nor can they be turned off, so I had to return the unit.

I found all parts of this kit to be of high quality even the long wire cable..I was able to supply 12v power to the camera by tapping into the short protruding red wire that pokes out of the yellow connector..the tiny manual doesn’t mention this mysterious wire..so by doing that i was able to power up the camera when i powered up the display..i did not have to tap into reversing light power line to power up camera..whenever i power up the display monitor via cigarette lighter switch it also powers up camera at the rear
The display is pretty clear but looks a little cartoonish in quality but that doesn’t seem to matter
It’s night time led’s are great throwing out lots of light for the camera
The camera angle can be tilted in the smallest little increments
For someone without too much electrical experience you need to go with a wireless camera hookup but even that requires you to find and tap into the power cable supplying reversing lights
