First off, this mini cake pop maker is a life saver! I used to make cake pops the traditional way with crumbled cake and frosting, then followed by rolling them into balls but that whole process took far too much time so I decided to invest in this machine. With this machine I don’t have to worry about the consistency of the cake pop and the frosting (when it’s too moist the cake pop will break through the lollipop stick or it can sometimes break when you coat your chocolate due to the weight- very frustrating!).
The first time I used this machine, I used brownie mix and it turned out to be a disaster. The brownies would stick on the non sticking plate even though I rubbed/sprayed cooking spray on it every single time. The second time I used the cake mix box sold in stores and they came out to be perfect! Greasing the plates were not required because they popped right out and in perfect shape! When I poured too much cake batter into the maker, it’d overflow and leave extra cake scraps but it’s easy to remove. Some of the balls had “Saturn” rings around it and I kept it that way without trimming the edges because it wasn’t too visible and it kind of gave the cake pop a natural lollipop look to it. In the end I coated my cake balls with Wilton Candy Melts which can be purchased in Walmart, Michaels, or Joanns.
Pros:
Easy to use
Easy to clean
Makes the cake pops extremely fast! (3-5 minutes for a batch)
Cons:
Machine gets extremely hot so make sure to touch the handle for open and close access
Overall my experience with this machine was good. I wasn’t too happy with this machine at first because my pops failed (with the brownie mix).. but practice makes perfect right? They came out perfect the second time (as shown in my pictures when I used cake mix) so don’t be discourage if you fail the first few times because you need to get the hang of it first. It is recommended that you do test the machine to make sure it works properly and test your cake balls before you decide to make cake pops for any occasions.

I bought this product based on the reviews for Baby cake and I now question those reviews. I cannot believe I am the only one to encounter this issue if they purchased the same product. So in an effort to avoid my experience being labeled “user error”, I made multiple “pops” taking several different approaches and wasting good cake batter. The results were all the same, the maker never made a complete ball. ALL of the “pops” came out flat on one side (the top) because it did not fill up the top of the maker to make a complete ball. I used a light amount, heavier amount, lighter batter overall, heavier batter (wouldn’t recommend trying this, stick to the cake box directions) and nothing worked. Not only did I always end up with half moon balls, they are super tiny. To better visualize they were only slightly larger than those dum dum lollipops you find in bank lobbies. It was not worth the time, effort and money spent on these duds. I thought this maker would be easy to use and afford me more time to work on other things. Instead, it cost me more overall than the machine itself. At the end of the day, I had to purchase cake pops for my holiday party. Stay away from this machine and either make your cake pops the old-fashioned way or buy them.

Fonctionne très bien! Par contre après 1 utilisation la partie du haut s’est dévissé et impossible de la revisser. Il fonctionne encore mais c’est fait cheap disons

SO glad I bought this versus making cake pops by hand. I was able to make over 100 cake pops in under 2.5 hours (non decorated of course). 2 tips to future users- use the recipes in the included booklet. There’s less water and the consistency is PERFECT! And 2, use a ziplock bag with a corner cut out to fill the cake pop holes 3/4 way full for perfectly rounded pops!

Love this little machine!! I doctored one recipe by adding cheese …. They were quite yummy! I bought to try it out before giving one to my granddaughters for Christmas this year … They’re gonna love theirs!

Thus is a cute little machine. I’ve only used it once to make donuts, but it’s simple and the results are good. Careful not to overload the holes. Looking forward to making other treats.

/ An amazing little machine, very easy tu use and fast cooking. I was delighted. I cooked mini cake and donut and the result was perfect. At first, you will have to adjust cooking time. For my recipes, I had to cook for 6 to 8 minutes.

We bought this product for one of our grandchildren. The machine was so easy to use, cooked well and is a snap to clean up. Our grandchild loved it so much that we got another one for another grandchild.
Fantastic product, stores well and receives plenty of compliments for the kids culinary skills. 😁

My 18-year-old daughter has been into baking cupcakes, cake pops, and cakes for family friends birthdays. My one friend wanted a beach themed cake pops and my daughter had never made cake pops before so we did some research reading amazon reviews and found this cake pop maker that was affordable with good reviews. The cake pops turned out perfect; great shape and color to them. Does not make a lot of cake pops at once, but since it was easy to do we just made multiple batches and every cake pop turned out the same. Would recommend this product.

Cute purchased for grandchildren. Very tiny. Quick easy cleanups, but takes forever to make large quantities larger sized moulds would equal less baking. The machine itself is nice. Little difficult to latch but all in all it dies what it says. Size for me is too small but will keep.
Not mini, I’d say micro- mini

Worked great. I suggest letting the unit preheat a little longer than required and allow the batter to rest for 10-15 minutes before using. We used a store bought cake mix but dialed back slightly on wet ingredients to form the batter a bit. It called for three eggs so we used two and scaled back on other wet ingredients just a bit. You want the consistency of pancake batter
