NOT Happy –
I am usually very forgiving but this experience was horrible from start to finish. Out of the bag the sweater was ok looking, nothing special but I knew right away that something was wrong. The fit was bizarre to say the least, the arms were made for a child but the body was made for an adult. The forearm portion was so tight that it looked ridiculous and the body was huge and I’m not huge. I have an extremely average build, pretty much a medium, size 8/10, and there is no way this sweater was made to actual standardized measurements as they claimed. I am perplexed by all of the positive reviews, I feel like my sweater must have been made in a different facility. Nobody could look at this sweater and think it was ok. So, I tried to return it, I received a note saying they didn’t want it returned but they’d give me 20% back, who does business like that? When I didn’t accept that, they offered 30% back. So I’m left to believe that this company follows the business model of “make a crummy product, don’t admit your mistake and take what you can”. Do not order from this company, the product disappoints and the company is unethical.

The style is not even close to the picture ita not oversized look or long look. its only till me waist and the color khaki ia a dirty cream color!

Sweater arrived smelling like smoke. I contacted the seller and asked for a return label. They asked me to send the sweater back on my dime. I filed a claim and they sent another email asking me to remove the claim and keep the sweater. Not professional. Still battling it out with them.

I love this sweater, it’s long enough to wear with leggings, when I received mine I washed it right away, And I had to put mine in the dryer because it was big, I ordered the medium and now it definitely shrunk after going in the dryer, I won’t put it in the dryer anymore I will just hang it to dry. I’m 5’3, medium build with curves. I personally say size down but I don’t think these companies make everything equal.

This is a nice sweater if it was the right size. I have purchased large in many other sweaters for a “just a bit oversized” look. This was a dress!!! I would think a small would be the right size. When I emailed the seller they said they would offer me a 20% refund and I can keep it because it is too hard to return to China. Um, I would like to be able to wear it. So their refund policy is a big BEWARE. A replacement in the right size is what I would like. UPDATE: After three emails they still refuse to replace or refund. So buy your sweaters elsewhere people. How do you have a policy with closing that you can’t exchange for the right size????

This sweater runs big so size down. I normally wear a M and the S fits perfect! It’s still fits as an oversized sweater, but not drowning in the S. Very soft and light weight. I first bought in Black and just got the gray because I love it so much! Highly recommend!

I really love this sweater! It does run very large and does not taper in like it looks like it does in the photo (maybe it’s the way she’s holding her arm). But it’s very cozy! So this is what’s important. I am 5’7” and currently 7 months pregnant so oversized sweaters rule my world right now. I would recommend sizing down assuming you’re not pregnant!
It is shorter in the front than in the back but still long enough on both sides to wear with leggings. The neck is a little tighter than I like but I just end up pulling it out from time to time and it stretches enough to be more comfortable for a while.
Overall, this sweater is cozy and oversized and at a good price. I do have a few small snags already but nothing a little pulling hasn’t fixed. Very pleased.

I am not impressed with what your company sent me. The sweater looks nothing like the picture and description that you have posted on amazon. When it arrived it was the wrong colour and looks like it was put together and made by my 5 year old. The quality is garbage and it is the same length the entire way around, as well as, the sleeves were way to short and I am not a tall person. So disappointed in the quality of your work and will not recommend your company to anyone. Quite frankly I think amazon should remove you as a seller, your company obviously cannot be counted on to make a quality product.

Love this sweater its so comfy. Comfier than cashmere even! Im going to see how it washes on gentle cycle cause aint nobody got time for handwashing around here and forget dry clean $$. But if all goes well, I’m buying more in other colors! Not itchy at all. I am usually a M-L in sweaters and tops and I’m 5’5. I purchased a M and it fits oversized which is what I wanted

Lol. Way too big. This is an XS. I’m normally an XS if not S in sweaters. It definitely is cut straight across the bottom which is not how it’s shown in pics. Super wide.

I loved the look of this in the photo and I wear a lot of tops like this one so I was very interested. I ordered XL because most things coming from overseas fit small. When it arrived, I was shocked! The top actually fits loose like you would expect but this one would fit a 6′ man. The sweater is down to my knees which looks ridiculous. I like the sweater but, you would need to cut a foot off the bottom, in order for me to wear. There is not a single label on it. I have no idea what is made of but must be a blend as it is stretchy. I am going to throw in the washer & dryer and see what happens. Again I like it, but order true or smaller size.

The sleeves are short (and I already have short arms). The back is like halfway down my thighs. It smells like wet mouldy rag. The weight is nice and the turtleneck is a decent shape. Wouldn’t recommend though and wouldn’t buy again.
