for my SAMSUNG S9+ this fast wireless charger only works with a fast charging adapter, while phone is idle and screen is off. if you put the phone on wireless stand with screen on watching a video or reading news the phone shows the charging indicator but the battery never charges. also in product descriptions, the seller claims ” A full charge takes 30 minutes less than ordinary chargers” which unfortunately is not true and this is just a marketing lie! actually it takes 2 hours for a full charge. not satisfied with this product. returning…

I just got this delivered to me today. And looks like I got a bad product. My devices are Samsung S7+, Samsung S9+ and Note 10+. this wireless Charger doesn’t seem to work on my Note 10+. on my S9+ it will only detects and charge for a couple sec and that’s it. as for my S7+ it charges and disconnects every few sec.. I also plugged the unit on the original Samsung Brick wall charger that comes with the phone, an Anker Mini dual port charger and Anker Battery Pack. so disappointed….. asking for a refund is such a hassle, I guess I’ll just keep this in my drawer.

I bought this product to use at the office for using with my iphone, and so far it’s been very quick to charge my phone. Within a couple of hours it’s back to full from being at the brink of 10% or below. It’s slim and small, so looks great on the side of a desk and the light when charging the phone isn’t distracting. I also bought a Thinkbee charge for home, and this Anker definitely beats it on charge speed. The light for the thinkbee is also quite bright, so if you want one of these for the home and sleep in pitch black, go for the Anker.
Only one thing that lets me down for this product is the length of the cable that comes with, so had to change cables, but other than that this is a great product.

The Anker Wireless Charger, PowerWave Stand is a great option if you want a wireless charger for your phone. For me this works great as I sometimes am on long calls with the camera on, so the stand keeps the phone in place and charges it at the same time. Wireless charging is unquestionably less efficient than wired charging, but the convenience factor makes up for that difference. The PowerWave Stand is better than flat chargers without magnets, as it takes the guesswork out of getting the proper alignment to get maximum charging out of it. The stand allows charging in both portrait and landscape orientations, which is nice. Speed wise, my iPhone 8 charged empty to full in about 3 hours and 40 minutes with a Pelican case on, and about 3 hours 15 minutes without the case on. (using QC3 adapter). The stand works significantly better than the wireless charging pad in my vehicle, and does not heat up the phone as much. Of note, the stated charging speed is the maximum speed the charger can reach, but the sustained average charging speed is lower. This isn’t unique to this charger, but all QI wireless chargers that I own. The build quality is excellent, and consistent with Anker Products in general. Note that this stand does not come with an AC adapter, you need to use your own with the supplied micro-usb cable.

I am using this Anker Fast Wireless Charger to charge my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus cell phone (without removing the Spigen protector) and I have not experienced any problems. My son has also charged his iPhone 8 on this charger and now wants to get one for his residence. When placed on the charger it gives you a readout of how much power is remaining. A small blue light at the base of this charger lights up when the phone is charging. It seems to charge the phone well and quickly.

After buying one of these to charge my Pixel 4 XL at work, I originally liked it so much that I ordered another one for home. Unfortunately, shortly after that 2nd order, the first one starting having trouble charging my phone all the way through, topic off first around 90%, and then down to 80%. Then, last night, about three weeks after receiving it, I noticed my 2nd charger was now doing the same thing.
I have no idea what it is about those chargers that reduces their efficiency after a few weeks, but obviously, something in their design makes them not very durable.

Got this charger for my son for Xmas. Within two days of usage, his iPhone 8 battery started to die and would not recharge. Took the phone to apple store and they said it will need to be replaced – the heat from the wireless charger toasted the board. Ended up spending $ 300 for a new phone because of this $25 charger. Strongly recommend not using it. Will call the Anker customer service and get their response. Will post updates from them.

The charger works much better than the flat wireless chargers. Occasionally, when you placed your phone on the flat chargers, it would not charge because it was slightly misplaced from the charging pad. That problem has been completely eliminated with this charger. You just place your phone and it charges! The only downside is this charger doesn’t have an indicator to show charging to be complete – you have to look for the little green LED on your phone itself (the OEM charger has a bright blue charging light which changes colour to green when charging is complete, and you can see that from across the room).

I was very excited when I got my new iPhone 11 last Christmas as I could finally took advantage of this new technology. I was sick and tired of these pesky cables that keep on breaking. Or not being compatible, You know. The charger arrived, looking sleek, Phone is charging – I am very happy. And I have written my review then – I would have given it 5 stars. But I am writing in 7 months later.
First of all, this is not a fast charger. Not at all. If you are out of juice and your phone is off – it wont be a matter of several minutes to revive it. Not like with a cable. Luckily my new phone 11 was holding power all day sp I was happy to put it on charge for the night. My son also got a new phone for his birthday and when I suggested him to buy the similar charger his reply was “they are not good for the battery”. I did start noticing that my phone doesn’t stay on for the whole day but dismissed it as a result of more than average usage. It then became half-day. I had to start using power banks AND those pesky cables to add juice. Recently I started to notice that my phone was half-powered in the morning. I thought at first that I didn’t put it on well. But it was happening again and again and again. The light was on, it was showing charging but still half full by the morning. Two days ago I missed my morning appointment as my phone went totally flat at night whilst being on charge. That was the end of this relationship. Last night I used the good old cable and guess what – the phone had power all day. Its almost midnight and it still has some. So I guess my son was right – this kind of charger is not good for the battery.
On that note – back to those cables.

So far it works really well. The only 2 complaints I’d have are in terms of the aesthetic design. The angle I find it be too shallow. I think it’s at 45 degrees so if you have it on the desk in front of you and you’re using your phone while charging, it’s at an odd angle. Would have been better if it was leaning back a bit more, like 55 or 60 degrees. It also would have been better is the rear top had some kind of lip to make it easier to pick up. Right now it’s completely smooth so its slippery. Easily solved if I stick a bumper something to the back.
