I’m very satisfied with the size of these pie plates. I can make an apple pie to take to my husband in a care home and he’s able to eat it while it’s still fresh (within a couple of days). For people living by themselves, it’s great for cream pies. You don’t have to stuff yourself to avoid having to throw out half a pie.
Chicken pot pies can be made in individual sizes or, if you are overly generous with pie fillings like I am, it will suffice for two meals.

Since all of our children have now left home, a standard 9 ” pie plate provided too much pie for my wife and I to consume. When we discovered that a set of 6 ” pie plates (oven/microwave compatible) was available from Amazon my wife was elated. We ordered the set, my wife tested their durability and they passed with flying colors. We are both extremely pleased with this purchase.

very pleased with dish just the right size for apple pie etc .It was very well wrapped the postman had put just pushed it threw a open window as it was so well packed it was fine .

Very bad! I used it only a couple of times before it cracked in the oven in the middle of cooking . My dinner was ruined. Afraid to use another piece.

It was delivered promptly and very well packaged. Not used it yet but looks very nice and I’m sure I’m going to use out of it. I like the handles on the sides. Very pleased!

I was going to give this $32 item for 3 pie plates a three star rating but then thought it would not be fair due to me not reading the description. I bought this item because I wanted something I could put in the microwave which had a lid on it. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box only to find the plates did not adequately fit on top one another.
That being said these pie plates are microwaveable, oven and dishwasher safe.
While they are not Pyrex they are decent enough to keep to use to be used in the microwave as well as the oven.
I am keeping these as it would not be fair to penalize the vendor for my error.

That’s all that really needs to be said – these are awesome and are exactly as you would expect from a company that has been around for as long as AH has. They’re actually a little deeper than I was thinking they would be, which is awesome – means I can put in more filling!

I grew up with one of these pie plates in the house, and stupidly didn’t bring it with me when I moved to the UK. I’ve used it for blind baking and for normal pies, and it’s given perfect results.

Can see when the crust is perfectly done. Baked my apple pie at 350 degrees for 55 minutes and it came out great. The only thing is the handles make it hard to cut around the dough. It also fell off the counter and did not chip or break.

I have ordered x2 of these products now over a period of a few months and sent both of them back because they are faulty every time. They have glass defects of: crazing/indentations and blobs and appear as ‘seconds’. They are expensive to buy, but if they did not have these defects, then i wold be happy to buy this product because it is made of soda lime glass and that is what i am looking for. however, i cannot pay the high price asked for a faulty, defective product, so how can you arrange for this such product to be made available to me and without any DEFECTS? Received one individual box containing only 1 dish instead of three as described and shown in the product display. Are two more coming?…
As Amazon suggested to wait few days to see if the pandemic disarray sorts itself out, two weeks later, still paid for 3 glass dishes got only one! new buyers beware! This is is cheating in the open. Not kudos here Amazon!… Folks, save your money, unless you find that the price is fantastic for only one dish.

I love these. Makes the perfect size for pot pies, lasagna, etc. Even good for making pies for two people with no leftovers.
