It looked a lot nicer in the photo. The bags are smaller than they appear, especially the duffel and overnighter. Disappointed …saw a very similar set at Walmart for $69.95 CAN

The suitcases themselves appeared great at first glance. After examinations there were multiple tears and usage signs in the inside. It seems cheaply made and I’ll be returning in fear of quick breakdown

I took the large upright with me on its first flight. However, when I got my luggage back at my destination, both zippers had disappeared. The teeth were still holding everything together for the most part, allowing me to make it to my hotel, but I had no way to close it again once I opened it. I ended up having to buy a new piece of luggage before continuing on with the rest of my vacation, while leaving this one behind to be disposed. The extended warranty I bought won’t cover it because it’s under manufacturer warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t cover it because it happened during a flight, and the airline won’t cover it because I didn’t notice til I reached my hotel.

Beautiful color and nice set except the duffle doesn’t have an extendable handle. I’m only 5’6” and took the duffle to the airport. If I turned it on it’s end to roll behind me I had to lean over sideways to stablize it to roll since my arm isn’t long enough to keep it on the ground. Was a pain in the ass trying to do that and also handle the carryon bag.

I got only 2 pieces was supposed to get a 4 piece set. 2 smaller bags were not with my order

A good set of luggage. My biggest issue was that the duffel does not have a handle for rolling. It has wheels, but no retractable handle. My last set did and this was a surprise (and makes the bag much less useful). Otherwise, I have been happy with the set.
