He comprado anteriormente algunos productos de AmazonBasics, pero me limitaba a comprar cables o baterías de esta marca. No pensé en realidad que la silla pudiera ser tan buena. Me ha sorprendido. Para ser una silla básica se ve y siente de mucho mejor calidad que las que venden en OfficeMax u OfficeDepot. La instalación fue muy fácil. La silla viene con todo lo requerido e incluso una bolsita con piezas extras en caso de que haya faltado algo. Se puede ajustar la altura y el nivel de tension para hacerla hacia atrás, ademas de dejarla fija o relajada. El precio esta bien, no es muy barata pero tampoco es muy cara lo cual se me hace ok. En general la recomiendo para los que buscan una silla de oficina básica y de buena calidad.

No complaints about anything on this simple chair. Good value for the price. Easy to assemble (I love how the different bolts and washers come in separately-labelled bags), and comfortable.
Has the ability to adjust seat height and tilting on/off.

I’ve had this chair for just over a year (bought in Sep 2019) and the seat material, which appears to be some kind of faux leather, began wearing off within 6 months. You’d think my pants were made of sandpaper the way the material wore through!
Problem #2 is the lumbar support; over time, as the back mesh started to stretch, the hard plastic lumbar piece (why is this thing a hard plastic??) to push into my back. I wouldn’t say it’s painful, but it’s not comfortable either and it’s very annoying.
I bought these chairs because they looked nice and they didn’t seem bulky. And because they were a best seller on Amazon.

Pros
-Has adjustable height
-Backrest tilts and has adjustable tension
-Backrest provides good support
-The net at back and on the seat provides good ventilation in non ac environments
-Wheels are smooth and sturdy
Cons
-Seat padding is not thick and sinks in after long usage making the seat hard, this is the biggest drawback. I’m nt sure if this is a problem with my chair or a design issue.
-Armrest is not adjustable so if your arms are long, it may be uncomfortable
-The backrest movement is squeaking just after one month of usage, but could be fixed by oiling, I assume

I have used this chair for about 2 weeks. Assembly was easy – it came with the tools necessary. I am 5’9” and weigh 160 lbs and it is a good fit and comfortable. I did not install one arm rest because I needed arm mobility on that side and it worked out perfect. For me it mattered what top seat height it could be adjusted to and was unable to find consistent indormation in reviews. I didn’t care so much about the top backrest height which is standard information. With the rollers installed and standing on bare flooring, the top of the seat cushion is 54 cm or 21 1/4 invhes from the floor.. My chair anyhow. There for sure are chairs of heavier construction and this one does require a softer touch, especially the webbing in the backrest, but also full suspended weight bearing by the arm rests. The rollers glide smooth. Overall and so far, I am happy with the comfort and functionality of this chair but don’t expect it to last more than 10 years under my care.

Very good chair for the money. I use it for home office use and it is completely adequate but the arm rests are set too low and they are a molded piece of plastic so there is no adjusting them. Please offer an option to either specify arm rest height at order time or offer after sale arm rests. I’d be happy to pay 20 bucks or so for more suitable arm rests. Other than that no complaints. Quality is great and it took about ten minutes to put the chair together using the outstanding instructions that came with the chair. Thank you for asking me for feedback.

Me gustó mucho el precio pero me gustó más su cojín super esponjoso y gordo. Esta silla es muy pero muy cómoda y me hace pensar en que no hace falta ir a buscar una Herman Miller de 17 veces su precio para estar agusto trabajando. En estas épocas en las que todo es muy caro quiero decirles que esta es la silla perfecta para la oficina, para la casa y/o para comprarle a tus empleados, simplemente el precio es muy bueno y más si agarras una oferta. Te la llevan a tu casa u oficina y la pagas con tarjeta. ¿Qué más se puede pedir?
Ni pierdas el tiempo buscando en Office Max u Office Depot. La sillas de ellos son más caras y super chafas aparte de que tienes que tomarte la molestia de ir por ella, perder el tiempo, gastar gasolina, formarte en sus tediosas cajas, esperar a que la cajera se digne en preguntarte si quieres factura, esperar a que la bajen de anaquel….
Me encanta que amazon haya integrado en Amazon Basics esta pequeña silla. Ahora, no crean que todo es miel sobre hojuelas. En mi caso no le instalé los reposa brazos porque me estorban en lugar de ayudarme. Sin embargo esta es una silla economica y no muy agraciada estéticamente. Pero considero que no hay porqué gastar más.

CONCLUSIONES
Como dije al principio, esta es una silla inmejorable por el precio y comodidad. Si, las hay más bonitas y con metales cromados en lugar de negros, pero cuestan lo doble o triple. Esta cuesta lo que en las otras tiendas cuestan las super báicas secretariales. Totalmente recomendable y si a eso le sumas el excelente servicio de Amazon, pues como dicen los gringos: es un “no-brainer” =)

This is the third time I am buying this chair. I had zero issues with the first two chairs but for this third one, the bottom cushion has gone flat and I can feel the hard wood under the cushion now. Needless to say this is very uncomfortable and causes pain in the bum when working for longer duration.
Hence I can no longer recommend this chair. The cushion in the newer models is not of the same quality as it earlier was. Please avoid this as it will not last you very long as a flat seat in an office chair leaves it pretty much useless for working.
I have now put a small cushion on top of this and then am sitting in it. Highly disappointed in the piece that I received.

I purchased one of these chairs back in August of 2017 and it has been amazing, but the seat has gotten a little worn so I just ordered a new one (September 2019). I was SO DISAPPOINTED when I got it all put together– it looks the same, but it is a cheap version that is literally too uncomfortable to sit in. The metals posts that support the back are shorter, the back now needs to be screwed on (the old version is permanently connected); the edging that goes around the back has been removed (and is sharp); the mesh is rougher; and the wheels dont fit flush to the base, which cause a wobble ( see photos ). I would have packaged it all up to return already, except that adjustable shaft is now stuck in the base and the chair — I’ve had to call in a favor to have a second person come and help me pull it apart tomorrow. It is so disappointing on every level possible, and I’ll definitely think twice before purchasing another piece of Amazon Basics furniture.

I bought this chair not because I was on a budget but I wanted a “cheaper” quality chair so that I would get up from my computer table more often.
I’ve only had this chair for a couple of days and it is extremely horrible. I don’t know how it’s an “Amazon, best seller”
The cushion is not comfortable at all…I weigh only 130lbs and the cushion on the seat already can’t support my weight. It feels completely flat and hard.
I highly don’t recommend this for comfort purposes…in comparison with other chairs on Amazon I give this a 1/10

I had a DX Racer at home, and this chair at work. Ended up finding this one to be way more comfortable, so I got one for home as well. If it dies I’ll just rebuy the same chair. Excellent value

I have had this chair for about 6 months, it arrived on time and was assembled in about 20 minutes.
I occasionally work from home (8-10 hours a day in the chair at least once or twice a week), it is reasonably comfortable for extended sitting periods. The build quality is good, the chair is solid and has not given me any reason to regret my purchase.
If/when I need another office chair I will be purchasing this again.

Worth 4.5 stars, yeah right! Those people love pain. I’ve never seen such a bad product recommanded by Amazon. This desk chair is so uncomfortable and this thing is not cheap. I lost my 90$ with taxes. I took the time to take pictures of how the chair look and feel, for you. The chair back is made of a kind of net (?) I hate this material. It is NOT kind on the back. I should have known a cushion would have been better. And the picture where I am sit. You can see the chair back doesn’t go down all the way to the seat. There’s no support for your lower back and trust me. This hurts. Try in stores chairs. You will regret it if you order it online and didn’t try it at first. Each person their own opinions. I hated it.
