I think it’s great for it’s price. I see ppl’s review on here and it surprises me. You would think that if you buy at a certain price point- you get what you pay for… for me it’s great for what I need it for. Working and it was easy to assemble but if you’re taller I don’t think you’ll like it. But if you read the descriptions of the chair it states there it’s a smaller chair etc so for smaller ppl I think it’s great and I find it comfortable. It doesn’t lean back (again you’re paying for what you get) and it does adjust height and lower easily.

La silla es comoda, el respaldo es excelente para tiempos de calor ya que no te suda la espalda, sin embargo mi silla venía con algunos defectos:
-Uno de los agujeros del asiento está mal taladrado y queda desfasado con respecto a la placa de metal que se atornilla abajo del asiento.
-Una de las arandelas de metal venía dañada.
Otro punto a aclarar es el peso máximo de carga, en la descripción dice 225 lbs (102Kg) pero en el manual fisico dice 113.40 Kg (250lbs).
Old School –
AmazonBasics makes standard products that are value for money. There is no possibility for a letdown, but also, exceptional quality should not be expected. I personally use Amazonbasics mouse, keyboard, backpack, cables, stands and now this chair. It is easy to assemble, gas lift works well. Metal parts are reasonably thick, heavy and sturdy for the price. Seat is fairly comfortable, but…. a lot is to be done about the backrest. Since it is fixed, it may not match people from all ages and heights and I had to insert some foam and a bag filled with wool to make myself comfortable. See photos.

It was extremely easy to put together, and the chair is very comfortable. I have a similar chair that I purchased at Canadian Tire for approximately the same price, and this one is sturdier, has a more comfortable seat with more cushion, and the back is a much larger surface. Great value.

I needed a chair for my daughter’s new desk. I looked at Kid’s chairs, and they were all to kiddy, or over priced, or she would grow out of them too fast. I got this. It works with her room, and the blue adds a nice pop of colour. Easy to assemble, and COMFORTABLE! I am jealous, I should get one for me too instead of working off of a dining room chair. This will last her – the only reason it might not survive time is if she colours all over it or wrecks it with arts and crafts!

Not sure why this product has got so many ratings – perhaps because its cheap.
This is below average product.
Not a comfortable chair to sit or work for more than 1-2 hours.
Had I knew they are selling cheap Chinese product at the name of “Amazon Basics”, I would have never bought it.

La silla es de buena calidad lo cual se nota al tacto de sus materiales, es sencilla de armar, y sobre todo para estos tiempos de calor por su respaldo de malla resulta ser muy fresca, ademas de ayudarte a mantener una buena postura para evitar dolores en la espalda con el tiempo.
Una comprar recomendable por su calidad y su precio, en verdad no te arrepentirás.

Ok so I’ve had this chair for about 6 months now so here’s my opinions on it
Pros:
-cheap, good for someone on a budget
Cons:
-doesn’t recline
-fabric has a very uncomfortable texture
-fabric texture traps a LOT of dirt and dust
-chair is super light, to the point where if you’re not seated in the absolute centre, it can tip over fairly easily
I’m pretty disappointed in this to be honest, usually Amazon Basics has really good quality stuff, but this purchase is super regretful

This chair is good for an upright posture for typing and the way you might sit at work. It is not good for leaning back in the chair or reclining to watch a movie and relax. You can’t easily recline in the chair since the back rest does not tilt backwards. The seat is just a touch thin. Goes high enough for tall people up to around 6’6. Not sure if it is good fro short people though, because the back rest can’t be lowered, it might hit high on your back if you’re short. The material is very breathable in the heat and prevents from sweating. The wheels roll well. The backrest can be adjusted forward and backward. It’s not perfect but it’s probably better than any chair at the same price. It’s easy to build and come with some spare bolts.

Out of the box, everything about the chair is great.

Good value
After about a week, the comfortable cushion has become completely flat and provides almost no padding. It’s not “sitting on a hard seat” bad, but the foam is completely/permanently flattened. The chair looks like it retains its form factor (the fabric has, after a week, maintained its tension) but when I press down on the seat with my finger I’m getting a couple of inches of air before what’s left of the cushion/seat base shows up.
Unless you have plenty of your own padding back there or prefer hard seats, I cannot recommend this chair for heavy use – the cushioning material is not up to par. I already threw away the box so returning this thing would be a real pain. I bought a clearance bin throw cushion and put that on top of the seat… not ideal but whatever, first world problems.

Pros:
You get what you pay for: plush cushions. smooth wheels, looks elegant and feels well furnished.
Cons:
The back support is absolutely vertical and becomes strenuous after sitting for a while since its non adjustable. Absence of handle bars is added pain. It is more suitable for taller people (5’9”+). I’m 5’6” and the lower back actually ends up supporting my mid back instead.

I bought this on a Black Friday deal. I now regret it. This chair if flat out uncomfortable. I knew you couldn’t lean back on it but if forces you to sit up straight and pushes you towards the front of the seat. Fine for awhile but not at all useful for an all day desk. My butt was sore within an hour or so. Need to buy another chair. Can’t send back because there is no way to stuff it back in to the tiny box it came in.
This is the only AmazonChoice product I have purchased that I didn’t like.

This may be okay for occasional sitting, but don’t plan to use it much. It does fit a tall person, and the lumbar support is reasonable. Otherwise, buy something else.
