I can’t blame Amazon for this, cause the airlines are sooooo abusive with our luggage, the first time I ordered it and used it the wheel broke… Amazon replaced at n/c for me… so thumbs up for that… It’s definitely light, rolls nice, and deceivingly large inside. Have yet to use my replacement…

I did not have the chance to travel with this suitcase but can already comment on my first impressions.
After looking for hours, I decided to chose this luggage as there was a good Amazon warehouse offer.
I paid £50 approximately for a luggage in condition as new. And I have to say that it was almost new. The protective plastic was still on and there was not one single scratch. I would encourage everyone to think about the environment and go for second hand item that most of the time were not even used and just returned.
The white colour is beautiful, the luggage feels very robust. The wheels are multi directional, and the best part of the zip that allows you to get a storage! I previously purchased a luggage from a famous brand that felt less robust, had thinner plastic and for which the handle broke after the 1st use.
The plus is the lock which is very well designed 🙂

Cercavo un trolley da stiva, lo volevo colorato per individuarlo facilmente. Dalle foto sembrava rosa-confetto (che non mi piaceva ma ho pensato che scegliendolo di un colore orrendo il mio sarebbe stato l’unico in tutto l’hub) invece appena ho aperto la seconda scatola (a proposito, Amazon: perché, a volte, mettete delle scatole che sembrano già essere un sufficiente imballaggio, dentro altre scatole molto più grandi? C’è un motivo o è solo uno spreco?) è apparso un fuxia violento davvero bello. Mi piace un sacco! È il mio primo trolley rigido e, di primo acchito mi sembra ben fatto, il lucchetto integrato funziona perfettamente e le istruzioni relative sono semplici e chiare, multilingua (italiano compreso), le ruote ruotano, la maniglia telescopica si può bloccare nella posizione desiderata, le cerniere sembrano robuste e sono scorrevoli, è allargabile. Sembra un buon prodotto. All’interno ha 7 tasche, una delle quali impermeabile, che pare ottima per riporre prodotti tipo lo shampoo che con lo sbalzo di pressione potrebbero aprirsi, evitando che sporchino tutto il contenuto della valigia. La scocca ha una certa elasticità, non è completamente rigida, speriamo che per questo motivo resista meglio di altre agli urti violenti! Mi riservo di aggiornare la recensione tornata dal mio viaggio.

Bought this as my husband bought the previous model by Amazon basics and we love his!….Within the first flight the luggage was dented and banged up…these are made cheaper than the last model and don’t hold up well. We usually pick Amazon basics over other brands but this has changed our minds. Very disppointed. We also both ordered by mistake and we’re unable to return the extra one in time. Not only do we not like the new case but now we’re stuck with two!(that is totally out fault but even worse knowing we don’t like it lol). I can’t even gift it because I know it’s just going to fall apart when taken on a trip. Colour was cool but that’s about the only good thing I can say about it.

I first bought the “cream” colour and when it came in the mail it looked very different to the picture, in reality it’s more beige I would say. Decided to return it and get the black instead, which was extremely easy and hassle free. The wheels and zippers are smooth, the handles are study and I love the added feature of the lock. I think the quality of this is great for what you’re paying. Would definitely recommend this suitcase if you’re looking for a nice bag that won’t break the bank.

I bought this suitcase set to use on my trip to Asia. The suitcases are super light weight and Easy to maneuver. I love how there are different sections to allow for better organization. My only qualm is, these suitcases seem to scratch easily, leaving lines where the color has come off.

I purchased this cute pink suitcase for my 12year old daughter. She needed an upgrade on the size of her existing luggage and this is perfect. The quality is great, and it is super lightweight, especially for the size! I love that the lock is connected right to the bag (it does come with instructions on how to set the lock code for those wondering). We are leaving soon for our family vacation so it will be put to the test in the next couple of weeks!
