Arrived much earlier than expected which was great. Good quality. It’s a Christmas present (yes I know it’s early) for a friend but I’m impressed by the quality. Would definitely recommend.

I have never written a review on amazon, and hoping that this review will help others who are looking to purchase this vest.
I was, and now still am, looking for a vest to keep me warm whilst running in -10C to 5C (Toronto, Canada). I am the exact same height and shape as the model and so ordered a medium. The vest may have fit my shoulders however it ballooned out around the waist to a point that if you were to use it in winter it would be pointless as cold air could easily circulate underneath. This vest would be best for someone who has the physique of a dad bod. Happy purchasing!

This fits perfectly, I can’t believe how good this is for the price , I’m a hill Walker and have spent far more on Branded ones and this is as good as any of them, wish I had got one sooner I would have saved £100’s over the years. Already bought another one. .

I just bought this vest in medium and am really happy with it. I’m 5’10 175 and medium fits perfectly. Quality was actually surprisingly good for what this costs. I mean, it looks pretty expensive. It’s not thick, puffy and down stuffed, but its not paper thin either. Gotta say, I’m impressed with this first “Amazon Essentials” product that I have ordered.

So far I’m in love with it is amazing, worm and lightweight, the outer pockets and good size and perfectly placed however the interior pockets are larger in size and longer which make it a little bit hard to reach the bottom of it, also price wise it is not the cheapest item and if you look around you might find a cheaper price made with the same quality and comfort.

I ordered an XL, which was supposed to be 44 – 46 inch chest. It actually measured just over 51 inches.
I also didn’t like the fact that the zip was the opposite way around to normal. Apparently the USA style.
Anyway, I returned it immediately and bought a gilet from Matalan which was actually a few pounds cheaper, fitted correctly, and is also better made.

Hard to judge if 4 or 5 stars. Well made, good price probably durable. 5 stars for what it is. My problem is that I was looking for a down filled gilet rather than one with man made material.
It would be good if in addition to this Amazon made and sold a down filled one. The price should not be greatly higher considering the vast quantities available in Eastern countries.

Great for the price. Been hiking backpacking for 40 years. The vest is not supposed to be thick and puffy it is exactly how it is and that is good. Size I am 5′ 11 230lbs not fat, the XLarge will fit a 52″ chest nice and a belly to match or if you are putting it over a sweater, I do not have a belly so the waste and mid is a bit wide if you are leaner. I am happy but for a slimmer fit I will buy another in Large.

I don’t usually have problems with Amazon but this really disappointed me – I was given an x-small instead of the medium. During time of purchase a medium was available but now that I checked it is sold out which is why I was shipped the wrong size. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of communication with Amazon and in general the lack of quality control ensuring correct products are shipped. I have requested for the correct item so will update. Besides the wrong size, product seems to be fine – it is lightweight, colour matches picture and is great spring/fall vest.

They are definitely light weight…and that’s really only because there is basically NOTHING inside the fabric. It feels like you are supposed to order the filler separately and stuff it yourself. Returned and order the ‘heavy weight’ version – and once it arrive – there was almost NO difference. These are NOT puffer vests at all.

I thought the vest would be slightly padded or filled with some kind of insulation, but it’s empty.
On the picture it looks like the vest is filled, at least a little, but no. There is no “Puff” at all in this
puffer vest.
I guess I won’t need it as much as I hoped for.

Be sure to buy one size smaller as this is a proper sized item. Usually for jackets I tend to go as a 2XL but this one in XL fits about the same with room for another layer underneath too.
Good value for the money. Not too heavy, not too light.
One suggestion could be to replace the zipper pulls with some aftermarket ones.

For a large it fits like the medium Walmart brand vest it was to replace , Could use more puff as well, Im not sure the model was wearing a medium as he is the same height as me, but I have a more bulky build
With more puff and a review of their sizing this can be a winning product
