I love the quality. Super comfy to sleep, even for summer hot nights.

I generally like Amazon Essentials products but this just missed the mark. First it shrank quite a bit in the dryer but you would think of sizing up, but then the shape is very odd too. It is very generous in the top part but narrowing down significantly in the calf area to the point of being a slim fit (not good as a pajama). Also, the materials feels a bit itching too. Lucky Amazon has an excellent return policy, but I wish they make changes to improve this.

THE KEY HERE IS THAT THESE ARE “KNIT”, WHICH GIVES THEM A SOFT JERSEY FEEL! I WAS LOOKING FOR LIGHT WEIGHT & COOL FOR THE SPRING & SUMMER, I NAILED-IT, THESE ARE THE ONES FOR ME! I AM 6’-0”, WITH A 46” WAIST, SO THE XXL SIZE WAS A PERFECT FIT FOR ME! THE COLOUR IS A VERY HANDSOME BLUE, TRUE TO THE PICTURE! THEY HAVE MY MUST-HAVE SIDE POCKETS!
LOOK TO BE QUALITY MADE & A VERY GOOD PRICE AS WELL! LIKE THEM SO MUCH I JUST BOUGHT ANOTHER PAIR IN BURGUNDY COLOUR!

I’m a senior woman and I love these pants. I don’t quite understand why women can’t find T-shirt knit pyjama bottoms without silly patterns all over them and they’re much more expensive and less quality than the selection of men’s pyjama bottoms. I got the burgundy in a large and they’re very comfortable, and the price can’t be beat. I’m quite pleased because I can’t stand anything tight around my waist and my waist is not small. I love these because I can wear them to bed and they can also pass as regular pants so I can wear them to go down and get my mail downstairs or even outside if I want. They seem to be well made, some reviewer’s say they shrink and some say they don’t. Mine shrunk a little bit and what I would advise is it that you take them out of the dryer halfway and stretch them just to make sure. I’m very happy with these, I’m definitely ordering more colors. I highly recommend these!

I decided not to return them and do an experiment before purchasing another pair, size large this time. I decided to test the fabrics. I washed them in sanitary mode, the water was very hot. I also dried them in Sanitary mode for over an hour. I wanted to see if with extremely hot water, the color would fade, the cotton would deteriorate, and how much it will shrink, since it is not recommended to wash cotton at a high temperature.
The color was the same and the material remained as soft as before the washing. They shrunk by one size due to the extreme hot water and high heat drying temperature.
Honestly, I love these pants. Normally, I have a preference for bamboo materials, but the 100% cotton ones are so comfortable, soft, stretchy and breathable. They are reasonably priced. There is a fairly wide variety of colors to choose from.
I ordered tonight another pair of large size burgundy pants, and I won’t have another experience washing them in very hot water.

For $16 you can’t go wrong. They are soft, made well, and so far aren’t pilling. Pockets are a nice touch. So much nicer than cheap fleece or whatever else you might find. They also feel great commando.
I am 5’10”, ~165-170lbs, normally wear a size 32/ 32 pant and a size “Medium” was slightly too long for me, but I just dried them once on high heat and now they are absolutely perfect – hope that helps people trying to decide on size.

Well didn’t think much before ordering amazon essentials, but the materials they use are really nice and soft.. I have gone through a lot of attempts to find some proper jammies, and I must say these are so damn comfortable.. I’m going to get more once covid is over
Tell it like it is –
Very expensive £14.49 pyjama pants for what appears and feels like a cheap product, leg length is 33-34″ for 38 waist so I won’t need slippers as I have a 29″ leg. The draw string creaks and groans as the material sounds like its giving way when you tighten it. Amazon essential – I think you need to have another look.

I got a pair for my son, wasn’t quite sure which size so got two different sizes… then other pair luckily fit me! My husband got jealous, so I ordered him some too. We allllll love them. The only thing is that the thread from the seam of a couple of the drawstrings came loose (something I’ve had issue with different brands of pj pants too, though).

The title says it all.
I am a large boy, XXL pants, and these are a perfect fit in waist and length. Light enough to not add heat but covering very well at the same time.
The elastic in the waistband is not too strong but certainly strong enough, and when desired the ties can be used to cinch up the waistband just a bit extra.
I WILL be buying more of these.

Amazingly comfy! Wasn’t expecting much when ordered but pleasantly surprised. They’re very stretchy and roomy. Theyre extremely soft and breathable.
One down side is the tag on the back is stupidly annoying. Instantly ripped it out. Other than that probably the best amazon basics product out there

As a tall male I struggle to find nightwear that don’t look like 3/4 length shorts on me! These are very generous in the leg, so much so I promptly ordered another pair. No shrinkage in the wash or colour lost despite a low price, which can often be the case. highly recommended for those with long legs

I’m a jeans guy. I’m also fortunate enough to work from home during the pandemic lockdown.
They don’t quite mix though; jeans and shirt was my go-to for the office, but WFH is more hoodie/t-shirt and… ???
As you can guess, these PJ pants have filled that ???. They’re really comfy and flexible, and I don’t have to worry about crotch blowouts that my jeans inevitably develop!
(the downside is, my girlfriend keeps stealing them)
