I compared many more expensive Box Springs before choosing this metal frame. Set up was very simple. At first I thought that putting the cover on would be a challenge. As we followed the directions it was much easier than anticipated. If needed I would definitely buy again and would recommend to my friends. The one improvement I would like to see are handles or some other way to carry the box. Aside from that I am very pleased with this purchase.

This is a very uncomfortable mattress frame. I have a nice, thick mattress and the mattress sinks into the frame and you can feel metal bars on your back when you sleep. Just don’t get this. It’s awful. You’ll regret it.
By the way, I only weigh 117 pounds so that shouldn’t be enough weight to be causing all these issues.
Update: I returned this. UPS picked up the package and amazon never refunded me back. They stole my money. Screw you amazon

The product meets my needs overall I am sleeping better.
Delivery was a nightmare. I had to pick it up at the post office which defeated the purpose of ordering on amazon. I am not a particularly physically agile person so assembly was a bit arduous and awkward but eventually not difficult to understand. Be careful when you put the cover on. Those zippers are not top quality. Be sure to open it up all the way before inserting the frame as to not put any stress on or stretch the zipper off of its tracks. I was concerned a few times that I was going to break the zipper because it got stuck and I have big hands and not a lot of patience. I am a man nearly 400lbs the review about feeling the slats through the mattress? I aint gone call nobody a liar but I’ll just say that is not my experience. As far as the price? Well I am not happy about having to spend money on anything but being able to sleep more completely through the night is well worth what I paid. Those raggly balsa wood box springs will never cut it for big men at rest and certainly not when we’re active.
Hopefully this metal frame can hold up to the sheer G-Force of this here stroke. Nah-mean? Boom Shaka Wowow!

False advertising and by Amazon at that, quite disappointing! In the images and description it leaves you under the impression there is a base that keeps it off the ground but that is not at all true. Even in the pictures it shows it sitting on legs off the ground yet it’s not the case and doesn’t come with legs or keeps it off the ground which is clearly false advertising and even worse for a amazon product 😪

We’ve had this box spring for less than six months and already it’s breaking. Our last box spring broke after five years of use so I bought this in hopes we could delay buying a new mattress set but it looks as if we’ll have to since this box spring is making our bed sag ridiculously. It’s very disappointing to have spent so much money on a product that couldn’t even last at least half a year.

Excellent product, easy assembling and very strong. I am 6”5 and this is plenty long, took under 10 minutes to unpack and assemble. Sizing to frame size is perfect.

The pictures and instruction book are generic for whatever size you get. It can confuse people.
It says in the details certain sizes dont come with legs, some people were complaining about that in the review. If you read the details, it will tell you. Very easy to put together and light weight.

Very easy product to assemble. The down side is that in the pictures it shows legs. It does not com with legs and there is no option to purchase legs. A bit disappointed and now bed is too low to ground

I got a “refurbished” pre-owned model I guess. I knew something was wrong when the outside had obviously been opened and repackaged. When I opened the box, the plastic zip ties to keep parts together had already been cut. A small, bent sewing pin with a yellow plastic pinhead also fell out with the instruction booklet. Wth?
The metal frame itself is dark brown, the two ends are supposed to slide into the long side ends to connect them. The actual ends that connect are soldered and The soldered blobs painted brown. The ends on mine were seriously curved (they’re supposed to be straight) and had been re-soldered with silver solder (And a crap job at that). I hammered them straight enough to connect. I also needed to hammer the straight support bars in because the long side pieces were warped from whatever curved the ends. The cover was a bit of a struggle, but a breeze compared to having to hammer the thing straight. I figured I’d try to put it together rather than the hassle of repacking and having to schlep the thing somewhere to return it. It seems solid and is bigger than the frame but it doesn’t make any noise (yet).
Would I buy it again? No, I think I’ve finally learned not to trust Amazon. I can’t figure out what it would take to bend the metal ends as badly as they were, and the resoldering mess-seriously. Who decided this was okay to sell? Unbelieveable.
Would I recommend it? If you have tools and ingenuity, and have nothing better to do than fix Amazon’s resold reject garbage, sure. Otherwise, save yourself the hassle of trying to fix manufacturing screwups or having to ship it back. The theory behind it is great but obviously Amazon gets them manufactured someplace with no quality control.

I just received this box 45 min ago. I am a petite lady, so brought the parts upstairs one by one, which meant really only 4 trips up and down, to be careful and not ding walls and wood floors. Box was not that heavy though, just long and awkward if you are taking this upstairs alone. I went ahead and assembled it on the bed frame, since I don’t have much extra space in the room. I also used some amazing and cheap Felt pads from The Dollar Tree to keep box and metal bed frame from scratching each other and to avoid making metal on metal noise when someone uses the bed. After that, it was so fast and so satisfying, because every piece connects well and clicks into place without much effort at all. I found the frame very sturdy and well made. Instructions can’t be any simpler either. Even the cover was easy to put on and zipped right up.
I am so glad I didn’t buy a regular box spring from a store or FB Marketplace, and make my husband strap it to our small car and drive home 25 miles/hr on the hwy.
I recommend this box spring to anyone. Literally no tools, no hassle. Great value and Amazon delivering it 24hrs later via USPS is crazy fast.
