I just got this a couple days ago in the mail and put it on for the first time today and wow – I really wish I had bought this sooner, but I wasn’t sure if I needed it or that it would do anything for me. After reading reviews from around the board (not just amazon) and reading how a postpartum belt can help with recovery and pain I finally decided to just get it. Worst case scenario I waste my money.
I am currently 8 weeks postpartum, and I suffer with back pain and fairly severe pelvic girdle pain. Right away I noticed a difference. The support it gives really helps relieve a lot of the pain and it really feels like its holding my hips together. I can already tell that this will benefit me on my road to recovery. The only negative I will add is that the one size fits all may not actually fit all. I’ve seen a few people on here say that it is too large for their small frame, well I almost have the opposite problem. Any bigger and this belt probably would not fit. Luckily I like a tight fit so it does just fit me. I know in a couple of weeks it may be a bit better in size. For reference; I am a size 16, 5’1″ and 190lbs (140 prepregnancy). I didn’t take any photos of the product off of me because there are a few already here and it really does look exactly as described. It is quite thick which adds to the support, and while not super comfortable I can sit in it. Also it’s not super noticeable under clothes, you can see a few bumps, but that’s no big deal.
Now when I was reading through the reviews on Amazon I noticed a few who are using it as a waist trainer, and that is not at all what this is for. This product isn’t intended for weight loss. It is strictly for postpartum recovery. If you are looking at getting this belt, I recommend reading up on postpartum belts; what they do, how they help, and how long to wear them for.

i wish i bought this product sooner after my first cesarian section surgery. it’s a life saver! i know my scar will recover very quick. thickness is perfect for me. not too tight and not too lose. i feel more comfortable now than my first c-section. the comfort it gives me gives me more time to spend with my older one. this product is a great pain relief. 5 stars for this product and defenietly recommend for women like me who had a major belly surgery!

I never bought one after my other pregnancies but so happy I have this time around. These are never going to be super comfortable in my mind but is good. It actually really helped with my back pain as well as helping with my abdominal muscles. I really like that you can wear each piece individually or together. I’m happy.

It might seem pretty intimidating at first with the 3 different bands (they’re conveniently labeled with tags so there’s no confusion), but honestly it’s really comfortable to wear & supports your core. Really happy with this purchase, can’t go wrong 🙂

I realy realy love this product! Its a Great tummy and back support. I immediately started wearing the belly wrap the day after delivery. Five days later, I put the waist band on and just in these last few days, the results are amazing! It’s proven to be very comfortable; I wear it under my clothes all day and take it off at night. This is a must-have and you won’t regret it. I was apprehensive to buy this but I’m so glad I did! The three different bands allow you to tight each area of your abdomen individually whereas a single belt only allows you one tightness. I personally have a small waist with bigger hips and more pooch just below my belly button. The multiple belts allows me to tighten the bottom area tighter than the top. Best postpartum purchase I’ve made!

I purchased this product as I just had a Fleur de Lis tummy tuck last week and the binder I was supplied from my surgeon just wasn’t cutting it! This week marks my 7 week PP and the first week I am trying out this waist trainer.
Day 1: already noticed a decrease in appetite.
Day 2: felt fuller longer.
Day 3: able to move freely and easily. Less back pain.
The trainer is extremely comfortable around my belly and waist. Im still a little sore around my c-section scar but with the trainer on its not as bad as I expected.

I purchased this belt after a natural delivery. I started to wear the inside belt around 6 days. I can feel and see the result. Not only my back is less painful, but also I would say I am quite happy about my tummy start to reduce size. I used for 3 weeks and I started to combine using outside belt every day as well. The instructons inside the package are very clear and useful. It shows how to use it and how long to wear it. Overall the belt is very comfortable and makes me really happy about my body recovery.

It is adjustable to fit my body which is on the overweight side. I only been using it for a few days but have noticed it is helping to put back organs after a bad case of diastasis recti.
