It arrived in August, it is not November. Last night I turned it off before heading to bed, today I went to turn it on and it won’t. Power light comes on but nothing else. There has been no physical damage, I only use it for work, and don’t even use it every day.

No puedes instalar ningún programa que no se encuentre en el Store de Windows. Ejemplo, necesitaba instalar Zoom, como no se encuentra en el Store de Windows no lo puedes instalar. Programas muy conocidos y casi indispensables que si no los descargas (o que no los tenga) desde el Store no los podrás instalar.
El equipo jala de maravilla, lastima que tenga un Windows tan especial.

Muy satisfecho con el producto, es cierto que viene en modo seguro pero no es complicado quitárselo para poder instalar programas. Tampoco es complicado sacar la letra Ñ solo hay que configurar ambos teclados en español e inglés y funciona perfecto se pueden guiar por tutoriales, la laptop es rápida trabaja perfecto.

I’m very pleased with this laptop. I’ve bought a few different laptops from various brands in the last few years but this is definitely my favourite. I’ve been using a Chromebook for fun stuff, and purchased this laptop as a secondary computer specifically for school. The keyboard feels fantastic to type on for long periods of time. It’s fast and user friendly. The battery life feels pretty typical though, which is fine for me.

Esperaba un producto nuevo pero la computadora llegó en una caja que no es la original y con varias manchas que sugieren uso previo tanto en la cubierta roja como en la pantalla. Tampoco incluye manual o alguna póliza de garantía. Revisé la publicación y no se menciona que el producto sea usado o reacondicionado y por eso lo devuelvo. Es una lástima ya que la laptop se ve muy estética y al parecer funciona bien, pero esperaba un artículo nuevo.
