I bought these for my kids to use for online learning. They are comfortable and the mic works well. I like the safe volume level. However, I must say that I am VERY impressed by the company’s customer service. After a few months, one of the pairs was defective (sound was only coming out of one speaker). I reached out to Amazon but the return window had passed. They instead directed me to the iClever company website to submit a warranty inquiry. iClever got back to me within 24 hours and they offered to send me a replacement pair, no questions asked. And, to make things easy during the pandemic, I didn’t need to go to the hassle of returning the defective pair. I would 100% recommend ordering from this company. Customer service goes a long way! I am a happy customer and my daughter was so excited to receive her replacement pair in the mail.

We let our kids have their tablets only for a couple of hours during the weekends. I got these headphones mid-January and the weekend of Valentines and my son’s headphones stopped working. They were plugged in and the sound would be on like if they weren’t. I tried several things, but nothing. They just don’t work. Really bad. (And I’m who plugs in and unplugs the headphones, so it’s not like he was playing or pulling on them…). My daughter’s pair still works, so I guess it’s a 50-50 deal… but 4 weekends… 🙁

These have been great for my kids. They have had them for a little over a week and they love them. It turns out noise very well, fit and adjust easily enough for my 6 year old while still comfortable for my 13 year old. The volume adjust easily enough with the controls on the wire part to turn dow. Quickly to make communication easier. They have been sat on, pulled off of each others head, thrown to the ground and hung by the wires and still are managing to work how I do don’t know lol. Highly recommend for computer learning. I also must add that my 13 year old is autistic and has seriously put these to the test that week with tantrums and torture and they have not broke.

I got this for my siblings for online school and they are satisfied with the headphones. The sound is good, it is comfortable enough and it was a great price for two headphones. Their only complaint is that the button does not work sometimes, and requires multiple clicks to get it to work. Otherwise it is all good.

Bought these for my boys (8 and 5 years) to use during tablet time. They’ve used them since Christmas and so far they have held up well. They know to be gentle with them and to take care of them (store them properly). The fit is good for their ages. I’m glad I purchased as now the oldest uses them daily for online learning; they help to block out the other noises in the house while his teacher is conducting lessons.

I had a problem with these headphones after the warranty expired. The company was outstanding in addressing the issue, and fixing the problem. Very encouraging to find a company with this much loyalty to its customers and I will buy from them again because of it.

I purchased these for my kids to use for online schooling and they work wonderfully. However after three months the headphone jack on one became slightly bent and the microphone on the other did not pick up my sons voice very clearly. I reached out to the seller and they offered to send us a replacement immediately. Given the customer support, we’ve been very pleased with these headphones and would purchase them again. they are small portable and great for kids.
