Better than the metal ones. No need to grease the pan

I am so happy that I took a chance on this product. I used the pan for the first time today to make egg muffins and they came out perfect. I didn’t use any oil and they were easily removed from the pan and a breeze to clean. I did see some reviews that stated the pans had an odor to them, but mine were odorless.

I make egg cups for breakfast, and grew tired of having them stick to my non-stick muffin pan, so I bought this to replace it.
The first time I used this, I placed it on my table, and went through the multiple steps of adding each ingredient until they were ready to cook. I then went to lift it, and instantly realized that since this this flexible, it really needs a cookie sheet underneath it! It made such a mess! Lesson learned! I now make sure that I have a rigid cookie sheet under this each time I use it.
I loved this pan the first three times I used it. The egg cups slid right out, leaving no residue behind. After that, they started sticking to it. Not every cup, but several of them. Not only that, but the residue doesn’t come off easily. I have to really scrub to get it off. It’s really disappointing. I have now been using cooking spray. It minimizes but doesn’t completely eliminate the residue.

Custard tarts easily popped out and clean up was easy. So much easier than using regular muffin tins. I am pleasantly surprised. Just remember to put it on a cookie sheet or other sturdy bottom when transferring to the oven.

I just received this silicone pan today. I go to college with my two daughters and we go thorough the drive thru for breakfast. Well it gets to be expensive. So I started making egg muffins in my so called non stick pan. That thing was such a pain in the you no what to clean. No matter if I greased or used sprays they still stuck. Like I said I just received this one today. I washed and dried it then sprayed it. This batch of egg muffins just fell out of the pan! I really dont think there is a need for cooking spray. I did notice that I should probably shorten the baking time a few minutes. It also cleaned up very quick. I’m just so happy with this pan! I always put my pans on a cooking sheet just in case of spillage so having to put this one on was no different. After all its silicone its not stiff like metal pans. I don’t know what other reviews meant when they mentioned an odor because there wasn’t one with mine. All and all I’m very pleased with this pan, I may have to purchase another.

Good size for muffins. When laid on a committee sheet, they’re great

Game changer. I make my mini egg omelets with it. What a difference. They cook evenly and so easy to pop out and clean. Love this product.

I bought this muffin pan to make oil free muffins. I’ve made muffins with no spray and no muffin papers, and also made mini pecan pies, all without spray or oil. This pan is great. I do put it on a cookie sheet for stability. I need to buy another one and a mini muffin one.

I took a chance ordering this product as there were no ratings or reviews at the time of ordering. I received the muffin pan, washed it and made egg muffins with it. They came out good! The pan did not burn and no discoloration. I’d say this was a good buy for the price. I’m not disappointed.

Used my silicone muffin tray for the first time to make eggies. I was very impressed with how it cleaned up afterwards. SUPER EASY to clean.
