This is the first camera doorbell I ever used as part of my smart home solution. It is easy to install because it is using battery. So, I don’t need to worry about the wiring problem. I have used it for few weeks and the power of the battery remains a reasonable level. The motion detection function is working well even in the evening. When I’m at office, I could always monitor what happened in front of my door including the mailman, Amazon delivery etc. I could even talked to the people through the two way talking function. The app is also easy to use. Like most of the smart home device, this doorbell only support wifi 2.5G. The chime is included and the sound is pretty loud and clear.

is no night vision on this camera. And app crashes half the time won’t play the alerts. Wifi signal is at 94percent and still defiantly not worth the money at all.

The doorbell camera has a wide detection range, and the view is very clear. It supports multiple family members on the online app, compatible with both iOS and Android. It needs to connect to the wifi however because it’s outside the house where the wifi coverage is not as good as inside, occasionally, it takes a bit longer to load the view. You can use the mobile app to talk to the person who rings the doorbell. This camera is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery which can last up to 4-6 months. It is very easy to install. Satisfied with it so far.

Working with the seller RAN SHENG YANG who is quite responsive. I found that I cannot view thumbnail alerts, they may load up in a few hours or days and as a result you cannot expand alert thumbnails to see who showed up. Based on my chats with the seller I don’t think they are going to be able to do anything about it. So it’s keep it or give it back.
The seller shipped me a replacement within 2 days (very impressed). Undecided what to do but it is a good camera for the price. Leaning towards keeping it. Will try it tomorrow and report back.
I have a second camera (different make also from Amazon) that has no Cloudedge issues?

Easy install, add your own larger memory. Wide view. Door bell announce very good…. Now the downside, motion detection on lowest setting will burn up your batteries in a day as it will detect almost anything especially on night vision. Set mine to detect at certain times only. Detects sunrise on trees and any light shimmer at night. Will keep it for a while longer to see if patience runs thin. Price is great however ….

Looking for the outdoor camera for while. Finally pick this one.This door bell camera was very easy to setup and good instructions. just place it wherever you like, use the app to determine wifi strength, Its a very clear picture even in the night time and it is pretty responsive. For the price you can’t get anything better!

I pulled this camera out of the box and charged it fully. Installed in less than 7 minutes, and paired it to the free doorbell chime that’s included. As you can see from the picture the wide angle is spectacular. The video quality is amazing. The last 2 days it has been snowing and in the single digits for temps, the battery hasn’t changed and the weather proof housing has kept the camera spot free. The app is simple to use. There is virtually no lag or wait time in the notifications or accessing the camera. It has a mini as slot for the option of recording vs. cloud storage but it sends you a pic of motion regardless. The two way audio is crisp. The wind noise is slightly audible but not terrible at all. I’ve bought a second one for my back door already. One other thing I love…. you can pair multiple chimes. So I have a second one by my pool so I don’t get my phone wet.

We recently installed this camera and so far we’re very happy with it. The amount of features and the above average reviews were hard to beat for the money. Installation was simple, although we’re still experimenting with the settings and preferences. We travel frequently, and I like that it gives us one more way to be able to check on the house in real time while we’re on the road. I also found a way to display the real time streaming from the camera on one of my PC monitors so I can see the front porch and driveway while I’m working at the computer, day or night.

My Ring Doorbell died a couple of months ago, so I bought this to replace it. I liked Ring to some extent, but I didn’t like how Ring didn’t have a local storage, and it was a pain to remove it to recharge (mechanism wasn’t very friendly). I’m surprised that this doorbell works better on both counts, especially when it’s cheaper than Ring. Installation is super easy. It’s simpler to get it on and off for recharge. The one feature I love the most is how you can pre-record a greeting or an instruction for delivery drivers. The app works well, and I haven’t noticed any issues so far. Now I just need to see through if the battery lasts for as long as it says. My Ring didn’t last nowhere near what it said, and I had to recharge it frequently. Hopefully, this one will last better.

I bought my first unit, and the device itself is VERY easy to install. I practically got everything up and running within 15 minutes. But the one thing that did stump me is the chime. No matter how much I restarted the chime, I couldn’t get it to pair with the doorbell. I read some of the reviews that said my unit might be faulty, as everybody said it was practically easy peasy.
I returned the first unit, and got another one. Same thing. Super easy to install. And then I got to the Chime part again, and for the life of me, I cannot get it to pair. The blue indicator light does not stay flashing to indicate it’s ready to pair. It simply flashes 3 times, and goes back to being solid.
I am disappointed. I don’t think I’m going to give it a 3rd try.

This door bell camera was very easy to setup and configure. It is made of strong material and very well made.
As soon as the doorbell is activated, the built-in camera sends a very clear video or photo to the CloudEdge camera app as well as an auxiliary USB connected alert bell. It also has an infrared sensor that will alert the phone and send video if someone walks in front of the unit. Video clips are saved to a SD card or an available paid cloud account. The two-way intercom was very clear and has (3) pre-recorded messages that can be recorded for the visitors.
The batteries are rechargeable and the battery life is stated to be 2-3 months. The unit can also be permanately powered by a low voltage source.
The unit worked well at about 100 feet.
The cost is substantially less than comparable units, and I highly recommend it.

Living alone and in an apartment is scary sometimes. I’ve had random people knocking on my door and I don’t like to answer it. I wanted to give a week or 2 of using this products and all I can say is that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. it may not be a ring but it has amazing quality for a fraction of the price. I’ve experienced no random people at my door since. I definitely have and would recommend this product. The fact it comes with a chime so I can hear someone ringing the door in the back bedroom. Packing was golden even comes with the tools to set up. And I received it very fast. 5+ stars 👏🏼👏🏼
