Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced on Friday that the Prime Minister will release the 19th instalment of PM-KISAN on 24 February in Bhagalpur, Bihar. The funds, totalling Rs 22,000 crore, will be directly deposited into the bank accounts of 9.8 crore eligible farmers. The amount will be directly credited to bank accounts of eligible farmers.” The 19th installment of the PM-Kisan scheme is expected to be released soon, following the successful disbursement of the 18th installment. The release of each installment is a crucial event for farmers, as it provides them with much-needed financial support to manage their agricultural activities.
