About Jeevan Pramaan Portal Jeevan Pramaan is a biometric-enabled digital service launched by the Government of India to simplify the process of submitting Life Certificates for pensioners. JeevanPramaan is an app that allows service pensioners and family pensioners to submit their digital life certificate using Aadhaar based face, finger print or iris authentication. The app works only in India and requires AadhaarFaceRD or biometric device service. Download the PC/ Mobile application or alternatively visit the nearest Jeevan Pramaan Centre to get yourself registered. Provide necessary information like Aadhaar number, Pension Payment Order, Bank Account, Bank Name and your Mobile number. Aadhaar Authentication Provide your biometrics, either a finger print or Iris and authenticate your self. Exemption from Personal Appearance - Online submission of Aadhaar based Life Certificate through Jeevan Pramaan Portal The Pensioner is not required to visit the pension paying branch in November every year for giving his/her Life Certificate. Aadhaar based authentication of Life certificate can be submitted online through Jeevan Praman Portal by the pensioner which is being accepted as Life Certificate, in addition to existing ways of submitting the Life Certificate.
