Le tuyau est très léger et maniable (ce que je recherchais) et la poignée est ergonomique et confortable à manier pour moi qui souffre de fibromyalgie et d’arthrose, en particulier de douleurs aux poignets et au mains. Les petites brosses et le tuyaux rigide télescopique sont parfaits, mais la plus grosse brosse, pour les planchers, a des poils tellement longs qu’on perd un peu d’aspiration, un moindre mal pour moi puisque j’ai déjà une brosse à plancher qui va bien. Seul bémol, le tuyau léger a plus tendance à vouloir plier, mais j’imagine qu’on ne peut pas tout avoir. Si vous voulez quelque chose de léger et maniable pour un prix raisonnable, je vous recommande.

Will recommend this set to anyone looking to buy central vacuum hose and accessories. Fits perfect to all vacuum outlets in my house. Just note it is not for power cleaning head!

Product is as advertised but I had to return it because it doesn’t allow a powerhead to be used (no plug in for powerhead on handle.

I’ve only had the kit for a few days I am impressed with it thus far. I rated durability a bit lower as I am assuming that the connection between the hose and the metal tube for the attachments will be the first thing to go, as it feels quite loose already.

I bought this product in March and within a couple of months, the on/off buttons stopped working, which was a nuisance but it was okay since I could still turn it on and off without the buttons. However, today, I unplugged the hose and it just fell apart! It’s only been 8 months and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED it just fell apart! Who can I contact about this??? What will be done about this???

I purchased this item about 4 months ago and at first, the item was as described. Everything worked fine until a connection came loose inside the hose. I contacted the seller and same said clean contacts. My contact were all new as it was a new built but did same to no avail. Contacted again with the update and again the answer was to clean contacts. Now, as I bend the hose, the vacuum turns off and on constantly which is quite annoying and hard on the vacuum itself. Just know that the product comes with a poor after-sale service and that you might either have to replace or fix yourself.

Every plastic switch malfunctions or broken. The wand does not slide anymore. The hose is too stiff. Made a mistake buying two of these and they are both sick with same malady.

As others said, it gradually stopped working. At first, it was the on/off switch, which was on all the time, but at least working. But the last time I used it, everything stopped. I plugged it at different places to be sure and it’s completely dead. I bought it less than 2 years ago. Clearly not worth it.
