My kids, ages 6, 10, and 12 all love it! My youngest says she loves that she can go really cool trips on it.

All the materials came and look to be of very good quality. It actually came 5 days earlier then expected! We are using this swing as part of a quiet room at school. Since we have a dropped ceiling in the room we had to rig up a contraption to hang the swing from a truss. Not a big deal when your husband is a structural engineer. According to him if we could have hung it from a floor joist that would have been easy to do with the materials provided. I did have to find a video on how to hang the material but I am a visual learner.

This was an all day event for both of my kids. We put it up at 9:30 am and had to take it down at 5:30 so I could get them to eat dinner without a fight. 😂
My son is 5 and autistic, and uses the swing to hop in flat on his back and then wiggle out again. The resistance and heavy work is fantastic for his sensory needs. I’m writing this review at 6 am the day after first use. He has sleep issues, but because he was able to meet his sensory needs so easily with this he went to sleep at bedtime and is still dozing.
My daughter started out using it as a regular sit and gentle swing, and she kept telling us “I really like it!” She even wanted to pull up her table and play with other toys while she stayed there. She eventually went on to lie down in it and play with her dolls and animals inside the swing.
The material is good. It was pretty easy to install and put up. (I don’t know anything about installing things but I figured it out fine) Directions are well written and clear.
There is room for both of my kids at the same time, but they have different sensory needs so we actually purchased another one within hours of this being up.
Comparable to the one at OT, without spending $300.
There was a mild musk smell, but nothing that we noticed until the swing had been up for a bit, and nothing that bothered the kids. So subtle that I didn’t even realize it was coming from the swing at first. The material is washable so I’m sure it will be fine after first wash.

Kids love it.

Finally got it installed this weekend and my kids love it! We have one kiddo with developmental delays and due to the pandemic he isn’t able to get his OT and Speech therapy. I built a Swedish Ladder system with rope ladder and the sensory swing to give him an outlet while he’s stuck at home. The only issue I had (and the reason for the star deduction overall) was with the extremely confusing instructions. At the end of the instructions but before the ads for other products you’ll find a QR code and URL for an instructional video. The code didn’t work for me but the URL did and I couldn’t have installed this swing without it! So much easier to follow! Yes, this swing is more expensive than many of the other options on Amazon, but the quality of materials, the instructional video, and the mounting hardware included made it well worth it in my opinion.

My special needs children love this swing! I have two of them. My son is milder than my daughter. I bought the swing for her room. She goes through moments of getting very overstimulated, and then her behavior is uncontrollable. I needed SOMETHING to help calm her. This was the answer! It’s been two months since my husband hung it in her room, and she goes to it every single day. It’s big enough to fit two small children (mine are 8 and 6) and yet small enough to take up minimal space. My daughter makes it into a sling to swing in but also makes it a hammock to lay in completely. The material hugs her, giving her the compression she needs when she gets overstimulated. For a special needs parent, this swing is a MUST! It is very worth the investment.

I thought it was a great product but for my son he felt it was too squishy. The hug and safe space idea is brilliant but it squishes his shoulders too much. He complains it hurts and he can’t move.
I am sure its amazing for some kids but for trauma it may be too confining and stressful.

This swing is awesome. All my kids love it. Age 12,6,4 years. My little two crawl in there to gather. Then my 4 year old fell asleep in it! It is calming and fun. And none of my kids are autistic. Just somewhere for them to sit and relax. They can lay down or sit. Swing or twirl. Or stay still. Pretty cool!

Buena inversión, lo sigue y seguirá usando.

While the overall swing is beautiful, strong hanging materials, beautiful fabric… it unfortunately was no strong enough for my ASD sensory seeker. He managed somehow to rip the first one within a week, and a second one within two weeks. I have no idea how he managed to do it, he’s 4 and 55 lbs. The lifetime warranty is a life saver for any parent with a special needs child who is hard on stuff.
However while this product clearly wasn’t the right fit for my son, it is a quality product. They also have amazing customer service. I emailed with photos of the issue with the first swing and they immediately sent out a replacement. The second time I emailed them and requested a refund, since the swing was fairly expensive and I was disappointed that since being made for children with special needs and sensory issues that it wasn’t a little more durable. They immediately tried to rectify the situation by offering two options, either a replacement or a refund. I opted for the refund, but would not hesitate to purchase other products from them.
My son absolutely adores the swing, has no much fun in it, he just needs something a little tougher for now. Hopefully later on when he is older and treats things a little more gently we can repurchase!
