I like to can in pint jars. Quarts are too large for my family and I don’t like waste. I own the Presto 23 qt. Pressure cooker which comes with one of these racks, but you need a second if you want to stack 2 layers of pint jars. Well worth it to double your productivity. I was a little annoyed that Presto didn’t include 2 racks with the 23 qt cooker, but oh well, c’est la vie!
