So happy that I ordered these two bags. I make my own almond milk every week and I purchased another nut milk bag from Amazon that worked but took so long to strain. So after a couple months I have in and ordered these. It took less then a minute to make a liter of almond milk go through this bag. I use a glove a squeeze the last bit out – leaving the pulp. But nothing comes through the mesh.
I can’t wait to try with my Oat Milk next. It took over 30 minutes before using another muslin bag. But this has larger pores so I know it will work.
My Vitamix and these 2 bags will make my almond shakes a breeze now.

I am glad it smelled chemical free and the design lends well to placing in a pitcher to pour the blended nutmilk into, the drawstring functions great, just pull it closed and squeeze the milk out, then you can easily clean out the bag. I am very happy with this purchase!
I only gave it 4 stars as I have only used it twice as of writing this. Longevity will bring the remaining star.

I was skeptical when I read some of the reviews but I didn’t want to spend $30 on a nut milk bag. So I have decided to give it a try. There isn’t any chemicals when I opened the package as some reviewers suggested. I’ve washed it with warm water prior to first use. The soy milk and almond milk I made with it is so silky.
It’s easy to wash, just flip it inside out.
It also very well build, I would expect them to last a little while.

We bought this to make almond milk. These clean up nicely and a very easy to use. It’s best to use them inside out so that food gets less stuck in the seams. So far, they have held up well as we use them twice per week. You can squeeze very hard without worrying about tearing them. Great for a variety of other applications I’m sure.

It does what it’s supposed to do. It’s actually pretty expensive for what it is. Make sure you wash the bags before using it – I found small pieces of debris in the cloth.

I make nut milk weekly, and this is the best bag I’ve used, so far. It has a tight weave, so very little sediment gets through. Other bags let pulp through, making the milk a bit gritty. This bag makes smooth milk every time and is easy to clean

It arrived with Made in China on label. Label in picture does not show this.
Weave of product on label I received is 66 X 70; NOT what the description on Amazon page says.
Label does not indicate organic cotton, but description on Amazon says it is.
When ordering things from China; this is what you get.
I have yet to try the bags, but I’ve been misled, lied to, and tricked (bait and switch)!

As soon as it arrive, we rushed to the local grocery store, picked up a bag of oats and a couple of dates. 15 minutes later we had our first home made oat-milk squeezed through the nut bag for $1.69!! And we know all the ingredients (3) that went in it.

I use this bag to strain green juice blends from my blender. It works so much better than the wire mesh strainer I was using previously.
I have a Blendtec blender and I use the whole juice setting and whiz up:
1 whole head of celery,
1 large cucumber,
1 large Fuji apple (they’re one of the sweetest varieties and this is the only natural sweetener in this juice),
4 cups of spinach,
1 lemon or lime–quartered and left with rind on,
1/2 cup parsley–if I have it on hand, a little nub of fresh ginger,
about 1 cup water.
Once that is liquified I pour it in the bag and strain the juice into a large bowl. It’s very easy to use my hands and wring the bag so that all the liquid comes out. The bag cleans easily under warm running water. It does stain a bit from the green juice but that’s to be expected with any fiber bag.
I then store the juice in a glass container in the fridge and it keeps for 5-6 days.

We love these nut milk bags. So eady to use and clean up is a snap. The turn it inside out take out all the nut meal (save for later use) give it a good rinse and hang to dry. I use them every 2-3 days and absolutely love them. So much easier than cheese cloth. And i love the fact they are reusable. I have already shared with all my facebook groups

Squeezing my nutmilk my self is MUCH preferred to getting it from the store! Sure, it is a little more labor intensive to squeeze out your own nutmilk, but it is much more satisfying than getting nutmilk that some stranger made! These bags work well, I have been using them for a couple of months (at the time of this writing). I would recommend them. I have squeezed my sacks HARD when making my nutmilk. They have held up. I abused my sack a bit to test out the durability, and my sack has held up well, and I have produced much nutmilk. No more chemicals, or questionable nuts in the making of my nutmilk! I choose MY NUTS!

Verdict is still out. They didn’t come with any wash instructions, so I consulted the Q&A section of the reviews here. I determined from advice that they were machine washable- good because I don’t want spoiled smelling but filter bags.
Well the one I used and washed shrunk horribly! I’m sure it will still work. But when I used it the first time the seam oozed pulp 😔. So I know I have to be careful if that.
