I absolutely love this utensil! I use it all the time for breaking up ground beef when cooking and it works great at breaking the meat up so you don’t have big clumps of meat throughout. It is thick plastic so it is very sturdy and a sleek surface which is easy to clean. Why did I never get one of these before ?!?!?

I hesitated to speed 14 dollars on a kitchen utensil. However, I was not disappointed. It is made of very solid plastic and the edges are sharp enough to do the job without damaging pans. It is very comfortable to hold. The only small negative design flaw is that the top outer back ridge where the plastic that forms the thumb imprint meets the plastic of the handle is a little sharp. The chopper would be great for someone with arthritis. I am going to order one for my elderly Mother who has very little hand strenght.
