As mention in another review the battery life is short, I leave mine plugged in because of that, if I had to buying another one I would get a bigger monitor this one is less than 3 inch, the video quality is good so is the sound. So far i’m satisfied with this monitor. But the small screen is a drawback.

Very happy with this monitor. Camera quality isn’t HD, but it is clear and has a good zoom function that can be controlled from the parent unit. Love that it shows the temp and has the built-in mic. Mounting option is useful but the two holes at the base of the monitor make it difficult to measure on your wall. We were able to mount it, but the manufacturer could make this easier. The battery life is very poor, hence the four stars instead of 5. Has to be constantly on the charger and only comes with one adapter for the parent unit. This means we have to treck around the house with the adapter since it only stays charged for an hour or so. Not very convenient, but by no means a deal breaker. Overall would definitely recommend it at the price.

I had this monitor for two months when I first noticed issues. There was issued with the battery working properly on the monitor. Customer service just told us to take out the battery to fix it. After the two calls I placed it was evident they would not fix the issue so I just got use to having it plugged in at all time. A few months later the cameras seem to lose connection. Again they told me to take out the battery to fix the issue. So I just left it. Recently it started to beep uncontrollably through the night when it loses connection. Annoying yes, but I decided to just leave it since it’s been a while since I purchased the monitor. Eventually we just stopped using the second camera. Then last night I awoke to my baby crying so I grabbed the monitor and it was scorching hot. I almost dropped it. Thankfully I woke up so I could unplug it. Who knows what could have happened. Do not purchase this unsafe and unreliable monitor.

I wanted a monitor with two cameras for our two LOs (1 toddler, 1 baby). I like that you can set the sensitivity for each camera, so I can have high noise sensitivity for my baby, but less for my toddler who shuffles around more. The only thing I can criticize is that there is no way to turn off the sound when adjusting settings. Not the end of the world, but if you are trying to adjust things in the middle of the night, it’s a bit annoying and has woke up my partner. Battery life on monitors are notoriously crappy, but I find I can keep this one off the charger longer than my old Vtech.

I look after my belonging. And this is the second faulty monitor I have purchased from Amazon. Figured maybe it was brand so went with another brand. Bought this monitor it arrived Friday and it’s Tuesday and and the parent unit won’t turn on. Was working fine when I shut it off this morning very angry right now!!

I’ve had quite a few monitors over the years and I may be picky, but this one only just got away with not being returned. It works most of the time, but the vox settings don’t seem to have a good sensitivity level. Either too sensitive and it’s always on because of the low white noise we use, or it doesn’t pick up anything. This unit also regularly(couple times a day) has a plain green screen, or splits in a weird way when it comes on. You have to turn the unit off and on again to make it display properly.
Edit: After using this monitor for 6 months, I wish I had returned it. It’s literally garbage. The charge only lasts 1 hour tops now, and when the screen come on you have a 50/50 shot of being able to see anything because the screen does some crazy stuff – comes up purple/green/blurry, just plain black, or split in two and upside down. I thought vtech made decent products but this is going in the landfill.

I didn’t check the details fully when I purchased this product, but the cameras cannot be moved from the monitor. That explains the price, but I would still say it is a solid value. Having two cameras allows me to have one at the door for when my kid actually gets out of her bed. You just have to make sure the cameras are in a good position and aimed correctly BEFORE you try to sneak out of your kids room after they’ve finally fallen asleep following hours of singing lullabies and reading stories to get then to sleep. #dadlife
