Your mileage may vary, but the lens I received is defective. The aperture on my lens could only be wide open or closed. It was not able to hit any of the stops in between. Refund requested.

the lens is fragile, i was initially very satisfied with the look, the soft focus backgrounds and bokeh were just what i wanted .. the lens has since come apart so if you buy this take extra care to be gentle with it.

the retailer did honor the product and instantly accepted the return ..

I got this lens as a gift and I am definitely impressed! For a lens in this price range it’s nice and crisp. Picture quality is very good for a budget lens.

I tested it out using a green screen set up and some studio lighting to take a few self portraits. Nice wide angle and pretty quick auto focus were my first impressions.

    Definitely worth the price!

Cheap lens. Cheap. Autofocus is basically useless.

The lens exceeded way beyond my expectations. The picture quality is pretty good. This is my go to lens for my videos now. I mostly use my gear for videos. If you want to have a look, you can search Ashwin Bhaskar on YouTube. You’ll get an idea of the quality.
One thing that I was worried when I got the lens was that, it doesn’t feel that solid and when I slightly shook it, I could hear some rumbling from inside. I was kind of tensed but it was nothing to be worried about. I researched online, it’s normal.
