The computer is fast and no issues. I received clear instructions on how to activate windows despite other reviews saying it was difficult. You simply pull out the battery and scratch off (similar to a gift card of scratch-off lottery ticket) the registration key. The only bad thing about this laptop is it is massive. It looks like a retro 90’s laptop with how thick it is. If you are looking for something sleek and lightweight, this isn’t for you. However if you aren’t concerned over appearances, this is a great laptop.

I order this laptop cause the price was good, it came in excellent condition, i was very surprise, because i thought its gonna have some sign or usage, like scratches, etc. Nothing, looks like it was never use, or someone who had it before had to take care of it very well. All clean, nothing broken, not even one scratch. Maybe was never use. I didn’t expect being like that, i read some reviews and lots of people complain that theirs had some signs of heavy usage and stuff. This one came perfect. The battery hold the power very well, i’m not sure how long though yet, will post some updates after i’m gonna use it for a while and test it good. So far so good, its a great product for the price, compering to brand new. This one is 2018 model, Inter i-5, 8Gb RAM, 250Gb HD (sata), 14″ LED screen, Win 10, works like a champ so far. i would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to spend $500 or more. this one $177 its a great laptop

Purchased this refurbished HP EliteBook 8460P as a work computer. I wanted something around $200 that would be used for grading, writing, teaching, and various other boring events.

In the two weeks I’ve had it, I’ve had a couple glitches, but, even if those glitches weren’t attended to (continue to read) this computer would be exactly what I wanted. I was originally nervous about “refurbished” but Amazon, Blazing Prices, and the one year warranty, gave me assurance that if anything was amiss, I could get help.

Two items were a little off and were rectified quickly by Blazing Prices. The original battery wasn’t holding a 100% charge and Blazing Prices refunded me the amount it cost for me to replace the battery (I had my money from Blazing Prices 4.5 hours after explaining the situation, WOW!). The second was more of a communication issue: I didn’t realize I had to enter the Windows 10 key to activate Windows 10. That also was rectified (it’s on a sticker on th bottom of computer and the buyer has to scratch off the first 5 numbers like a lottery ticket).

I will purchase this product again (probably for family at Christmas)
