I received the product faster than expected and when I set up the computer, it would not work correctly. I tried everything I could but to no avail. I contacted the seller and immediately he made a plan for me to return the PC and he would exchange it, no issues. The replacement PC works great and I’m very happy

Monitor won’t connect to stand, and the PC won’t communicate with monitor “no signal’. So I am returning this. My son was quite upset, having to package it all up and return it.

Everything came set up, all I needed to do was plug in and go, fantastic. The only bad experience was my mouse came damaged and my monitor cords dis not match. It took almost a month to get it straight. I work from so I was out of work from home almost 3 weeks I had to comute 2 hours to work in the office. Word of advice to the seller, check all of your items before you ship them. I’ve lossed money by commuting to work instead of working at home.

This product is by far one the most valuable purchases I have made. The product was delivered weeks before the automated date.
The monitors are great and the system itself was smooth and super easy to set up. Basic plug and go.
The Office 365 suite is a one month trial only so be prepared to purchase or download additional programs for essential computing.

It don’t work work.
1 monitor says NO VGA detected other monitor shuts off in seconds saying entering power save mode.

Ive set up 6 dual monitor pcs for my business in the recent past. this one i ordered did not work no matter what cable, monitor or set up i used. I tried updating drivers/restoring video cards etc but nothing worked after a few hours of wasted time i gave up. i suspect the multitude of pre-installed garbage to be partly responsible for my problem.

was a bit leary being so inexpensive but exceeded my expectation I unboxed set it up everything was as described
I did have one question so I emailed Blair Technology and within 12 hours had a response that walked me through my issue I couldn’t be more satisfied
