I have been using this neck pillow since the beginning of my travels this June throughout Europe.
The Neck Pillow itself was soft and comfortable, and I feel the casing itself can be further improved with some compression feature to save additional space. I did not use the earplugs or mask, but can see this to be of value as supplementary items.
Management stands behind the quality of their products, and were very responsive to comments/feedback, as they look to continue developing/improving their products. They put the customer first, which is the key ingredient to the success of any business. Thank you.

Excellent quality product! Make sure you lean back slightly on your chair instead of sitting upright to make sure you are comfortable (I found it quite uncomfortable sitting straight). I got one for me and my mom loved it so I got one for her too. The cover is removable with a small zipper on the back so you can wash it without damaging the memory foam. I have only had it for a few weeks so I will try to update this review in August as I have two flights and a road trip planned (I can never sleep on planes, so I hope I can bring good news in that regard).

This product was primarily purchased for an upcoming trip to Rome, Italy. Although our trip is scheduled for later in the year, my wife and I have tested the two that we purchased on a shorter trip. The product fits well, provides plenty of support, while still being soft and comfortable. The included pocket that holds a Cell Phone and/or a music player is a perfect benefit. The Dark Mask, Earplugs, and storage bag is an excellent bonus!!! This Neck Pillow kit will be a effective and useful item during our Italy trip and for any other trips in the future!!!

This is a great travel pillow. Great size, shape and soft material with lots of support. Love the clasp at the front which keeps your face from falling forward. Has nice case into which the pillow fits nice and compact. Great eye mask and ear plugs which can fit right into the side of the neck pillow if you are not using the slot for a cell phone. Good price for what you get!

Okay, so I recently got a great job promotion YAY! However… I now have a 2 and a half hour commute on the train to AND from work. So for the first couple of weeks I was really struggling to find a comfortable position to read or nap in. Someone suggested I find a neck pillow so lo and behold I stumble across this one I love that it looks so plus and has a case. Well let me tell you, you can wrap this cloud around your neck and go to dream land so quickly with this. I’m not even kidding I hook this onto my back pack and whip it out. I’ve found myself falling asleep really easily with this so I have to set an alarm on my phone so I don’t roll past my stop! If you’re thinking about getting this stop thinking and DO IT! You won’t regret it. So soft, you can mold it in any position. Also, I found myself using it during down time at work during lunch if I need to use one of the focus rooms. I sit down strap my fluffy necky on (that’s his name lol) and I’m instantly more relaxed especially in my shoulder neck area. This released a lot of tension so I have 0

I’ve never used a neck pillow before but found this one to be very comfortable and soft. It is great that it comes with a nice carry bag including ear plugs and eye mask. I didn’t find the ear plugs worked well for me however the pillow was great so I would recommend this for any travellers.

I’ve never been able to sleep on long flights, even with other pillows I’ve used before. That all changed when I bought this Everlasting Comfort Memory Foam Neck Pillow. I was finally able to sleep on an international flight with the use of this pillow..I’ve used other pillows that didn’t work for me, like the bean-bag type, etc.
The key for me with this pillow is the adjustable strap– it really helped me to cinch it up to support my head from bobbling forward or to the side, all while being comfortable with the soft memory foam, instead of those lame pillows with beans/beads in them that don’t have an adjustable front strap and don’t give you much support. I also liked that this pillow came with 4 earplugs and a nice sleep-mask, and a little bag to carry it all in.
I won’t go on another long flight without this pillow. I even let my friend try my pillow out, because she couldn’t stand her own pillow that she brought, and she loved my pillow so much that she didn’t want to give it back.

Just used it for one week. I’m really satisfied with the neck pillow since I had both hips replaced. It provides great relaxation for the neck and shoulder muscles and therefore help reduce strain which is constant especially on the lower back. Hopefully it will continue to perform well as time goes by.

Finally got to use the product on a trip, The pillow and accessories were wonderful, EXCEPT, that my cell phone kept falling out of the pocket. NOTE: if the product could have a Velcro strap that closed the pocket so that the cell would not slip out it would be great.

This product is exactly what you need on a long flight. Definitely worth the value. Flew to Europe and back from Canada and it was a life saver.
The eye cover and neck piece is great. Especially the compartment for your cellphone when your listening to music or a movie.
Would recommend.
