This was a birthday present for my grand son. the suit case is covered with a protective tape and a note “pull here to remove tape”. Only the tape does not remove in one piece, not even in 200 pieces, or 500 pieces!!!! It looks like the suitcase was covered with this protective tape before any wheels, handles or the rubber bands were added. I spent literally 2 1/2 hours with tweezers trying to remove this horrible cover. My whole kitchen floor is covered with hundreds of little clear plastic pieces. If anybody has a baby crawling around the floor this would be life threatening to the child if swallowed and because it is clear and in tiny pieces, you would not even see it. Most of the suitcase is now without the protection except for around the handles, the wheels and any edges. There is no way to remove all of it. My neck hurts, my eyes hurt and fingers hurt from working on this for hours now. Needless to say, it took all they fun out of the birthday. I would not ever buy this or any other suitcase from this company again. I feel like they should pay me for all the work – and I am sure this suit case will scratch like crazy once my grand son will use it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT

I haven’t had an opportunity to use it yet, however, it is a lovely luggage piece. It appears that this piece of luggage is well constructed. It is very modern and I love the inside as well as the look of the outside. Would highly recommend purchasing this piece.

It has a lot of space and even enough space for a child and an adult’s clothes (2 weeks worth). It was very lightweight and my 7 year old daughter handled it independently (other than when I lifted it into overhead storage). We put 2 weeks worth of her clothes in the main compartment, and a week’s worth of adult pajamas in the other side (for me since my Samsonite ran out of space)! It also has a much more intelligent design for where the zippers go than my Samsonite does. We both love it and highly recommend it. FYI, all of the reviews commenting on scratching are because the reviewers did not realize it comes with a thin film that needs to be peeled off. When I got ours, I thought the same at first until I saw the orange/yellow sticker than reads “Peel Here.” I did, and that film and all “scratches” came right off.

I noticed a lot of customers who bought this didn’t realize there is a protective film over the entire suitcase. You must PEEL it off!!!! It says that when you open it! Almost every consumer who complained didn’t PEEL IT OFF! They are writing false reviews!!!! Beautiful suitcase once I peeled off PLASTIC FILM!!!!

This case is cute, on trend and durable. It’s also lightweight so doesn’t take much effort to move around. Great size for hand luggage or weekends away. Would buy again in other colours/patterns.
