Nice little durable kids watch. Got the planet design for my five year old son. After wearing it for a few months straight and doing everything (bathing, hand-washing, playing, etc.) with it on the watch has minimal wear. The facing has a couple of scratches which can obscure the hands a little but is mostly just cosmetic. The band has held up beautifully, no pieces falling off or stains. So overall decent durability for the low price tag, still minus a star for the ease of scratching the face. Fitting is also nice. My son’s wrist is especially skinny and there are enough holes to still have the watch fit comfortably. He can read all the hands himself and clearly see the numbers. Definitely worth getting for your favorite young person and at a price that means you won’t regret it when they break it or lose interest.

My daughter asked to wear her new watch to daycare, which we agreed as she seemed very keen on being able to tell the time.
She then promptly buried her watch in the sand while no one was looking then forgot the location of her buried treasure. According to my daughter 2 different teaches tried looking for it and no one could find it.
Much thanks to her friend Maffin who found it 3 days later and returned it to her relatively unscathed.

I bought this gift for my son for starting kindergarten. It states it’s water resistant but he got water on it washing his hands (it was never submerged) and it stopped working completely. When I opened it up I found it had rusted inside. He only had it a few days before this happened. 🙁 A shame because it’s very cute and seemed a perfect watch for a child. Maybe it was a fluke and this one was defective? I don’t know, but it’s disappointing.

My daughter has had this watch for a few weeks in our 30 inch deep kiddie pool, and it has taken in so much water that I’ve had to pop the back off and leave it in the sun to dry several times. All of the letters are starting to bleed color from the water damage. Would not purchase again.

Suite à la réception, j’ai bien aimé cette montre. Elle était confortable pour fille de 7 ans qui pouvait bien lire l’heure. De plus, la deuxième rangée de chiffres aidait beaucoup pour la lecture des minutes. Toutefois, la montre n’est pas très résistante et pas du tout résistante à l’eau. Ma fille ne s’est pas baigné avec, mais elle ne n’a retirait pas pour se laver les mains.
Un mois après l’achat, voilà la montre est tombée par terre et s’est défait en trois morceaux. On voit l’intérieur rouillé. Le côté de la montre est fissuré et la montre est donc irréparable.
Je suis quelque peu mitigée à savoir si je donne 2 ou 3 étoiles. Avec des enfants, on peut s’attendre à ce qu’ils ne soient pas délicat avec les objets… .. Toutefois, la montre se dit « shock resistant » mais elle ne l’est pas. Donc pour cela, je donne 2.
Si vous avez des enfants délicats avec leur biens la montre durera peut-être plus longtemps!

This is such an adorable watch. Our daughter gets regular comments on it, and she loves to wear it (which is the purpose of course!). The disappointing thing about it is that one side of the band routinely comes off where the small pins attach it to the watch. It is able to be put back together, but will disconnect again eventually. If you don’t need a super durable watch like a Timex or something, and your child knows not to get it wet (ours is super careful with her things and takes pride in her watch ownership), then these watches are cute and affordable, with the benefit of having a full face (rather than digital) which helps them fully learn how to tell time. I recommend it with these caveats.
