These socks are definitely too thin to be winter socks, so If you are looking for true wool winter socks, these aren’t it. They are a blend of various synthetics with wool, which should help them keep their shape over time, but greatly impacts their warmth (in addition to being very thin). Also, I receive the wrong colour/collection of socks upon delivery. Not a big deal, but worth noting.
These socks get 2 stars because they indeed are socks. They lose 3 stars for not being warm, for not being for winter, and for not being the right colour.

I like that the fit my toddler, similarto my own wool blend socks; plenty tall for winter boots. His toes are still warm when he comes inside after paying in the snow.

Socks arrived in perfect condition, very nice and thick. My daughter wore for a couple hours to preschool and they are super worn looking with threads coming out and all pilled on the bottoms and heels. I realize this happens but not usually after the first wear and she only had shoes on to go to and from preschool.

I love the wool option for cold winters. They are semi-soft. They seem durable but are piling quite a bit already with only being worn a handful of times.

I was so happy when I received those socks for my girl! They looks thick and Warm, it’s will be great for her. So I took those pictures and think to rate a five stars! Luckily I didn’t! Because after a day, the sock looks horrible!! $23 dollar for six pair socks isn’t cheap at all . And even badly, I made an same order again!! I wish I can return this order, but it’s personal item so I will dump it in the bin instead!

These are by no means ‘wool’ or ‘winter’ socks!
I bought these for my daughter as we spend a lot of time outside, and granted we are in Canada where it gets extremely cold, these socks were terrible on an above freezing day! She would have had frost bite if it was an actual winter day….
Also the wool portion is only 10% which means nothing!
They are soft mind you and fit well, but not what they are marketed for.

We bought these socks for our 2 year old to wear for everyday socks during the winter. They are super soft and the colors are great! He can be picky about socks but these have been a success! I would buy them again!

The 1st picture (with yellowish top band) shows how good the socks look after the initial pre-wear washing. We were pleased with the style and texture upon receipt & after the first wash. The next two with circle marks show how quickly they pill. First wearing with shoes and boots respectively and they have significant pilling, which I imagine is only going to get worse & worse. So they won’t look great past first wear, thus the 3 stars. That being said, my kiddo says they’re cosy and comfortable.
