Andy –
Just got this product for my husband. He’s a standard size 10, and his toes touch the tip. A size up would be too big. The back heal seems a bit weak, but we shall see over time. He finds them comfortable to stand in, but they are brand new. He is a stoke survivor who can walk but has limited feeling on the right side. I hope the length and softish heal at the back do not become a problem… these are replacing a pair of the same style that I paid half as much in store, so unlikely to purchase again.

These “New” slippers arrived unpackaged and appeared to have been previously worn or tried on. My mother was desperate to find something suitable for my father, so she tried them on his feet anyway. Despite ordering a size up, these were too small. Unfortunately, COVID got in the way of returning them.

My dad is in rehab with supper swollen feet. Took some effort to find shoes that would work for him. At first he was skeptical they would work for him. Today he stated he loved them and they were super comfy. They are easy to put on and adjust to accommodate his swollen feet. I highly recommend these slippers/shoes.

Came in less than 13 hours from order. Are the ugliest slipper i reserve for old men in nursing homes. However they are a perfect fit for me with wide foot. Huge toe roo. I wear 11.5 and got 13. Slightly big; but when foot get swollen it will be perfect . Good price and value but man are the pathetically ugly. Like bucklys cough medicine

These arrived exactly as described & were good looking. However , it said to order a size larger which I did & they were HUGE!!! I should have ordered a size smaller. My 80 year old husband tried walking in them & they were causing him to trip…..not good. Cannot keep them as they would be very dangerous & would not stay on his feet, even tightening them as tight as they would go. I would recommend that anyone ordering them order a size smaller than their normal size.

ordered for my 86 year old Dad whose feet are a little more wide and he was having trouble with some of the other slippers I had tried. These are great because they are adjustable so on the days his feet might have swelled a bit – they are still good for him. He likes the fact his heels are covered and warm too.

Got these for my mom after trying and returning a few others. She has long (ladies size 12), fairly narrow feet and had toe surgery 10 years ago. Toes are acting up again so these fit well, have no inside seams that bother her foot or toes, the toe box is tall enough and not pointed to make good room for her toes, and are fairly soft inside with a firm sole. They open quite wide so her feet slip in easily, even when swollen.

I thought these would look like an old mans slipper, but they actually look quite nice. The only negative, that I didn’t notice right away, is that the seam inside the left slipper wasn’t sewn to the slipper, like the right one. It puts pressure on the top of his foot which makes his toe swell.

Product is very comfy when new but after the first month+ they break down very fast. Not a big person 170lbs but the sole flatten out really fast. They fit perfect as described and theyvare warm. Needs more thickness or a heavier should that does not wear out

UPDATE: Washed these in the washer yesterday with a load of towels that my loved one also soiled. They came out clean and intact. I rolled two washcloths and stuck them in the toes of the shoes. Today they are perfectly ready to wear again. #happy I bought these for my loved one with dementia. They are so easy to put on his feet and he says they are so warm (to his perpetually COLD feet and legs.) I have not washed them yet. Will update after doing so.

I bought these for my 88 yr. old diabetic dad. His feet swell a lot and I wanted to try the velcro opening top. They do not open very far as the flap is sewn in the middle. I got the slippers on but the flap barely reached the velcro to close. In my opinion the top flap should be longer to allow for fat, swollen feet. The bottom has nice thick foam, but due to my dad’s ankles tilting inward (over pronation) when he walks, the slippers don’t stay on… he ends up walking on the inner sides. They just are not roomy enough for swollen feet. I will give them away and not order a replacement.

Purchased for my husband who has a high instep and is difficult to fit. They appear comfy and where the flap opens so wide he should be able to get them on. He isn’t wearing them yet because they are for his Birthday next week, otherwise I could rate them higher.

While these shoes should be great and appear to be very comfortable, they have one flaw that could be ultimately deadly. There is a variance in the thickness of the sole. With the pair I received, it is with the right sole. The inside of the sole (left side of shoe) is approximately 2 inches thick, the outside (right side of shoe) is only one inch thick. This causes the ankle to roll in to the left, thereby tripping the wearer of the shoe. The pair I bought was to be for myself, a diabetic with CHF and severely swollen feet and ankles. Having never had any fall issues, in the first two days of buying these shoes I have fallen four times. While I was not seriously injured in any of these falls, it is not inconceivable that I wouldn’t be. As a long term caregiver for many years, it is often the precipitation of that first fall that leads to rapid decline and in many cases death. Though I was lucky and did not break or throw my hip in my falls, I did pull muscles and I have experienced a good deal of pain. If you value your loved ones, don’t make the mistake of buying these shoes. Whether this is by poor design or lack of quality control, this company has shown a disregard for the safety and well being of its customers.
